**Title: An Absolute Disaster - Do Not Use Carmona Pool Company!** I am utterly appalled by the horrific service provided by Carmona Pool Company. This has been the worst pool experience I've ever encountered, and I urge everyone to stay far away from them. Here's why: **Untested pH Levels:** The pH levels in the pools are completely unchecked. The water was murky and had an unsettling odor, clearly indicating severe chemical imbalance. Swimming in these conditions is not just unpleasant but downright hazardous to health. **Unqualified Lifeguards:** The lifeguards are utterly incompetent. They seem to lack any basic training or sense of responsibility. I saw lifeguards ignoring their duties, more engrossed in their phones than monitoring the swimmers. This negligence is incredibly dangerous and unacceptable. **Filthy Pools:** The cleanliness of the pools is shockingly poor. There was visible dirt, debris, and even algae growth in the water. The pool decks were grimy and poorly maintained. It's obvious that Carmona Pool Company does not prioritize hygiene or regular maintenance. **Horrendous Management:** The management is incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. When I brought up the issues regarding the pH levels, the dirty pools, and the unqualified lifeguards, I was met with indifference and hostility. They clearly do not care about their customers or the quality of their service. Carmona Pool Company is a complete failure in every aspect. Their lack of attention to safety, cleanliness, and customer care is appalling. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. From an employee viewpoint I highly recommend Carmona Pool Services! There are so many perks to working with CPS from flexibility in hours and/or locations to good pay in a welcoming environment. I applied with no lifeguard certification and CPS offered me a heavily discounted Lifeguarding with CPR/AED For the Professional Rescuer and First Aid: American Red Cross course in order for me to start ASAP. As lifeguards we ensure that each facility is properly maintained, cleaned and safe for all swimmers and guests. The supervisors are very transparent and helpful to any concerns or questions.The management is professional and listen to their employees needs. Lifeguarding at carmona pool services has been an incredible experience. Working there I've been surrounded by such amazing supervisors that are doing everything they can to help and guide you each step of the way. They are always a call away and can happily assist you with anything you need. They have many different pools you can work at which all provide a safe and professional environment for the lifeguards. As a seasoned property manager, I strongly advise against hiring Carmona Pool Service--you'll regret signing their contract. Their service is utterly substandard, delaying our pool opening by two weeks due to sheer incompetence and failing to resolve Health Department inspection violations. We are a small condo community in Little Egg Harbor, and Carmona Pools has been our CPO for three or four years. They are very attentive and do good work. I have never had to call Shaun the owner.
