Extremely unprofessional experience from start to finish. We paid upfront, and even gave an…read moreadditional $150 as a courtesy--yet once payment was received, that was essentially the end of the service. They failed to show up on the agreed-upon days and times, often leaving us waiting for hours with no call, text, or update. On one occasion, they arrived hours late in the morning smelling strongly of marijuana. On another, they didn't show at all, later admitting it was because they were hungover from the night before--completely unprofessional behavior. They do not work around the customer's schedule, and when we confronted them about the ongoing issues, we were told we were "overreacting." A simple request to move a sprinkler head became a drawn-out issue and was never completed. Every follow-up was met with, "I'm doing this as a courtesy," even though we had already paid them in full--plus extra. The unfortunate part is we actually liked them and wanted to continue using their services for future projects. But looking back, we should've known what kind of business we were dealing with--their quote for mulch was $1,200, while every other estimate we received ranged from $600 to $800. This company lacks professionalism, reliability, and respect for the customer's time and money. We absolutely do not recommend them.

Last year they came and did a nice job. BUT, this year despite them sending us a "Dear Valued…read morecustomer" letter, they totally blew us off. We called once a week for 3 weeks and we're told someone would get back to us "shortly". No one called back until week 4 and when she called she told us they would be out the following afternoon. No one came and they didn't call to say they couldn't make it. So they called again today and said they would be out at 10:00 today. They never showed, so I called back and was told he couldn't make it today, but maybe next week. I told them not to bother. They are way too unreliable, not to mention rude and unprofessional. It's sad because the crew does a nice job, but the owners seem to be the unreliable ones.
