Unfortunately, after calling three times (each time he was unavailable) and emailing with no response, I decided to return in person the following week. The owner wasn't there, and the employee present seemed more interested in closing up for the day than helping me complete the order. He gave multiple excuses for why he couldn't help. Walking tarps were placed to ensure there would be no dirt tracked on the rugs and hardwood floors. In addition, Tom for slip-on "booties" worn while working on the house. 4.
