The washing machine was working and completed the wash cycles. He bounced the tub from side to side and explained it needed new whatever and he would call with the repair cost. Next morning I did a wash, and the machine would not spin out, not surprising after it was bounced from side to side by this repair service. I was left with a load of soaked unwashed laundry and the cost of a new washing machine, installation etc.

The original unit was installed between the studs in our living room wall. Our living room is paneled and the same panel continues up the stairs and into the upstairs hallway. Unless an identical unit was installed, we would have the additional expense to re-panel the entire downstairs, the stairway and upstairs hallway, not to mention repairing the outside siding unless the same size unit was used. I called multiple plumbers who told me they could not get the same model (not true), and also tried to talk me into a unit that is a combination heater and air conditioner (which cost more), even though I already have a new air conditioner, installed through the wall, which cools the entire downstairs. I was told by several plumbers to buy the combination heater/air conditioner, but just use the heater. Obviously, I was paying much more for that type of heater, because it also could be used as an air conditioner in the summer, but I did not need that type. It was also a different size which would require me to incur additional expense to re-panel the inside paneling and fix the outside siding. Estimates varied significantly, and several told me if they had any problems with the installation, it would cost more. Greg came to our home, understood why we wanted the same unit. He did not try to sell us a higher priced heater. He is honest, gave us an excellent price. He fit us into his busy schedule, and his work was excellent. You would never know that I had our heater replaced, more importantly we did not have to repair any inside paneling, or outside siding. I would highly recommend Greg as an excellent plumber. He is a perfectionist in his work and cleaned up afterwards. I would not hesitate in recommending him to someone looking for an honest person and an excellent plumber.

True to his word he showed up around 4pm and started by inspecting my central air unit. When he didn't find a problem with anything there, he walked my entire home, went into the attic and checked out the crawlspace- when he couldn't ID the exact problem in my home he ran a gas analyzer just to make sure no CO or other toxic gases existed. I will hire Ron again in a heartbeat - he cares & goes the extra mile to make sure you're home is safe. Thank you!
