Two years ago I used ETC. Plumbing because I needed my outside faucet fixed. I had called four area plumbers who either did not return my call or made an appointment and never showed. ETC came out the same day and fixed the faucet. It still works great. This weekend I had a major problem. My main sewer line broke pulling all the other plumbing down. Everything in the system emptied into the crawl space. ETC recommended a restoration company to clean it up. It just happened to be the only company my insurance deals with. ETC communicated with the restoration company, took down the pipes and instead of dumping the waste in the pipes on the ground they capped them and put them in the yard leaving less in the crawl space to be removed making the job a little less expensive. The company told him they would finish their work by noon on Sunday. ETC was here by 11. Worked on the outside line which needed to be replaced because of damage and started putting in the new pipes while. The company was loading their equipment into their truck. ETC did not finish until after 6 PM and this was a Sunday. They returned today filled the washer and tub and flushed the toilet checking for leaks in the crawl space. They found a leak by the toilet, took it apart, put in a new seal and flange. Rechecked the system. Their price was well under $4000 including materials. A service call, removal of pipes, replacement of pipes, checking for leaks and fixing the toilet. They were professional and very considerate. They looked out for my interests and worked well with the other company and insurance. I would have them work for mr again in a heart beat and highly recommend them. read more
