But when other plumbers were slow to get back to me, I decided that I would go with Vito. I called him at 8PM on a Friday and he was here at 11AM the next day. He determined what the problem was (just as he predicted on our first contact) and, because my toilets are approximately 60 years old, he felt the needed parts might be hard to find. He did fix the problem while he was here but he told me if I had any further trouble with the toilets, he would research, order and install the new parts at the original cost he quoted and the amount I paid him today, would be credited back to me.
