After calling a few plumbers in the area, Dave from Lummino Plumbing & Heating called me that day. He was prompt, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I told him I would be contacting other referrals but that I would get back to him. He agreed that would be a smart thing to do and even wished me luck in my search. But when other plumbers were slow to get back to me, I decided that I would go with Vito. I called him at 8PM on a Friday and he was here at 11AM the next day. He determined what the problem was (just as he predicted on our first contact) and, because my toilets are approximately 60 years old, he felt the needed parts might be hard to find. He did fix the problem while he was here but he told me if I had any further trouble with the toilets, he would research, order and install the new parts at the original cost he quoted and the amount I paid him today, would be credited back to me. In addition to being very fair, this young man was knowledgeable and so pleasant to talk to. I am looking forward to his completing the job (which may not even be needed). And I am certain that he will be honest with me in this regard. Please give this young man a try. I am sure you will be pleased with him.

Long Beach Township is now being required that water meters be installed versus the spicket method…read more I got a couple of estimates, of which one was from my regular plumber of almost 10 years. The building, which dates back to the 70's. consist of condos with common areas. The piping was so convoluted with common areas not going to the correct water heater amongst other issues, but it didn't seem to matter when on the spicket count. It was critical now to be straightened out before installing the new water meters. Ed spent a lot of time assessing the situation and explaining what needed to be done to correctly set up the water meters. He said it would be an all day project that would take 2 plumbers to work on. I considered the price breakdown that he gave for the meter install and the re-piping to be a very fair one and decided to go with him. And, I am extremely glad that I did! It is totally amazing how his men were able to untangle the spaghetti of a mess and simplify it. I highly recommend Ed -
