The attention to detail was great. They were very careful coming in and out of the house, putting padded tarp on all pathways. When there was a problem with the way the boiler was working (which was finally found to be mis-wired sensors in the brand new boiler which came direct from the manufacturer) Dave was back here immediately to trouble shoot and solve the problem! Superb quality service and care of customers is an attitude, which almost always begins with the leader and my wife's experience with Frank who owns Reed's Heating and Cooling bears that out! He was honest, responsive and caring even sharing with her his experience with the product she was purchasing. Frank spoke clearly and didn't use terminology that might confuse her. He honestly told her that he couldn't get the original product but that the one he was installing, which she would never notice was any different than the original product, actually cost less. He gave her the time for her questions and always returned phone calls. He knew he was in competition with other businesses and did his research to make sure she would be totally satisfied once it was installed! Reed's secretary and other staff showed the same positive approach in serving their customer. This is a business that clearly follows their leader and their superb reputation reflects that.
