Now, Today - The Start up cap goes bad on my unit and I call for a service, again I get get a pretty fast response but similar to the fist time they were delays and came a couple hours after they said they would; but they came and that was good. Then The spend 15 minutes replacing the Capacitor (I had the unit open and ready for them when they arrived) and they tried to hit me with a $400.00 + bill for 15 mins of work and a $20.00 part! I was not very happy and the tech had Tony call me and he offed to drop the price to $335.00 noting Two guys It doesn't take 2 guys to change out a cap.) and he has overhead! Well - I should have done this myself, but I wanted to have a qualified tech look it over just in case, never dreaming they would charge try to charge me $400.00+ for a 15 min job! Sure time, travel, gas, insurance, expenses, ect. all add up but there is a fair profit and there is highway robery .
