They kept us informed of what they were doing and were sensitive to keeping any disturbance to us and our pets to a minimum. I knew our ducts would be bad because of our pets, but I was shocked at the before and after photos! Their prices are very reasonable. Last winter our heat was barely working, and we had someone from another company look at our furnace. He told us that the entire thing had to be replaced to the tune of $16,000! Someone suggested that we try getting our ducts cleaned first, and our heat works perfectly now. Advanced is an honest company and does a great job!
