First time…read moreTony came out at 10pm and worked on filling my freon till almost midnight - THAT was a Great Experience BUT I was told he would com back to test for the leak at another time and he would call me to schedule - That never happened. Called the office twice, one left a VM mesage, no reply, one I spoke wit ha young lady and she said she would check and call me back - Nothing.! Two e-mail and no reply - so I forgot about it. Now, Today - The Start up cap goes bad on my unit and I call for a service, again I get get a pretty fast response but similar to the fist time they were delays and came a couple hours after they said they would; but they came and that was good. Then The spend 15 minutes replacing the Capacitor (I had the unit open and ready for them when they arrived) and they tried to hit me with a $400.00 + bill for 15 mins of work and a $20.00 part! I was not very happy and the tech had Tony call me and he offed to drop the price to $335.00 noting Two guys It doesn't take 2 guys to change out a cap.) and he has overhead! Well - I should have done this myself, but I wanted to have a qualified tech look it over just in case, never dreaming they would charge try to charge me $400.00+ for a 15 min job! Sure time, travel, gas, insurance, expenses, ect. all add up but there is a fair profit and there is highway robery . Next time I will use another HVAC repair shop just because Tony had the opportunity to make it right but he chose money over building a loyal customer. Never Again......... Sorry!

I would not personally recommend using JUST DRAINS Plumbing…read more The positive side is the Work seems to be fine and the plumbers that worked in the job were excellent But the presentation and the financial payment explanations we are at the least unsettling for me. After the initial agreement was signed,, there were zero response to my many inquiries to the main office, this situation lasted for a long end extended time. The written invoices and work descriptions later, much later submitted to me we're extremely unprofessional and poor quality To date, the company has hired a professional administrator in this area But for myself, I cannot offer a positive recommendation. I remain extremely unsatisfied and unsettled towards my experience with this company To repeat the work seems satisfactory, no issues have resulted to date, but that past experience was lengthy and bit devastating

They have consistently been responsive, professional, and effective in the work performed. I've used this company in the past with the normal results in 2014. The plumber came out, couldn't…read morefind the leak and got charged for the service call. I can't be helped, right? I figured I would give them another shot. Called to schedule a service call for one of my rental properties in LBI and was told that they were very busy with frozen pipes and "shut-off". It obviously was cold this past winter of 2015 and figured since the summer season was just a couple of months away I was willing to wait. I did advise that the first rental was June 1st. Both additional work with sheet rock repairs had to be scheduled as well. Nancy seems relieved and said that I would be on the schedule the following week. Now it's April...I called them again to schedule the service and was told that I was on the schedule that week. Great...I thought. No, not the case... I called again and was given a date of Friday, May 1, 2015. I gave the receptionist instructions to please have the plumber call me from the house (since I couldn't be there), and I would be glad to walk him through the three different leaks in the house. That phone call never came to fruition. The only call I received was from the girl in the office saying that she needed a $500 retainer on a credit card. The plumber reported breaks on the 1st level and I assumed they would go out the following Monday to repair them. After all, they did have my credit card number. Not the case. Their "office girls" never bothered to call to advise me that they wouldn't return until I called them again. I found the receptionist, Cathy all well as the other girl, Nancy to be quite arrogant and crass. Neither was of any help to me because I was now told that were too backed up to go out to the house. Their attitude was such a turn off I scheduled another company to handle the service call. The first person that you speak with when calling a company leaves a lasting impression. I'll never do business with Storesberg Plumber again.
