    They make it so easy to order online...sarcasm! Instead of coming to the store in my mask keeping my social distancing I ordered from their webpage. Big mistake. I have been standing in line for 15 minutes with people standing much closer than 6 feet away. Masks around their necks and I swear they get closer every time I looked on my phone. I'm in the "Internet pick up line" and the guy can't find my order so I asked the guy this is Lowe's right? He said yes. I said this is the Internet pick up line? he said oh you ordered online? WTF!!! I could've just gone and picked it up, paid and left. Lowe's You guys have got your shit together please!

    The damaged cabinet

    I spent over $3000 for new kitchen cabinets. One came damaged and I have been fighting with the store for over a month to get it replaced. It should never be this hard. Not only am I getting ignored, but their suggestion was to buy a new cabinet and then come back for a credit if the other one shows up. Customer Service is absolutely a thing of past at this store.

    I don't even know where to start other than 0 stars. I'm still dealing with them now, been on hold for 5 mins so I'm taking the time to write this review. If corporate doesn't step in, this location is going to shut down. Should have trusted the reviews but I'll keep short. 3 weeks ago, came in to look for carpet, rang the bell for help, no one came for 15 mins. Had to hunt someone down who was literally an isle down from us and he was watching YouTube on his phone. He knew nothing, the AGM Josh knew nothing, told us to come back for Kyle. Came back and same issue, waited 15 mins, had to hunt employees down, "that's not my department" was what I got. Then Lamar who I saw walking back and forth with another employee laughing told me he'd be right with me. Waited 10 mins for him to be done his side talk. Ordered carpet and padding to be delivered to my house, he took everything down, paid that day and he said he placed the order but I get no email or tracking number and he gave me no date and no phone call. Called and the guy on the phone said padding would be arriving the 5th and carpet the 9th. Today is the 11th and nothing so I called again and they said they were both in stores. And to ship it to my house it is $65 shipping fee. I live 15mins but I have a sedan and I can't fit a 15ft roll of carpet in there. Spoke with Chris and he said he will leave it in stores until I talked with Lamar. Called back just now to make sure I can pick it up around 4-5pm today. Now it's another story and I have no idea what is going on, they said my padding is here and not my carpet and I'm being transferred all over and haven't gotten to speak with anyone due to the "not my department" excuses. I will have an update when I get a hold of someone. This is my update, took them 22 mins to tell me that they were both in stores ready for me to pick up. They say one thing when your in stores and then when you call to confirm, it's a totally different thing. They made a mistake and tried to charge me $65 for their mistake. This is will be the only and last time I ever purchase anything from Lowe's.

    Electric cord was completely trashed. Looks like it had been drug around a warehouse for a year easy.

If you were going to watch me throughout the store, you could've assisted me with finding my item. When asked about another item I was completely ignored. Is it because I am a woman? Is it because I am of color? I went to another location and have an excellent customer service experience. (Brigantine/Ms. Shirley) Where she was able to look into her system and saw that they (Northfield) indeed had one in stock. She was wonderful enough to order me one to pick up at her location.

    I pull up to Ace Hardware Monday June 1st with two men working outside the front door at 5pm. One…read moreolder man with a young assistant. I walk past them and open the door to go in and the rudely say where are you going? I of course say inside they rudely say we are closed. I say that's odd because there is a open sign above your head and the front door is open. They rudely say they are closed. Then I ask what are your hours and they sharply say they close at 4. Nice I Left pissed and I'm sure that corporate can handle them better that I would have. Terrible service from a local business that competes with the much more pleasant Lowe's and Home Depot.
