I feel I was given inaccurate information during our conversation, and these unexpected charges were never explained. Additionally, as a 77-year-old customer who has been with Xfinity for many years, I'm very disappointed that the bill keeps increasing every year and that there is still no senior discount available. Because of these ongoing issues and today's experience, I am seriously considering switching to Verizon. I would appreciate it if someone could review my account, explain these charges in detail, remove any incorrect fees, and honor the pricing I was originally quoted.

I am waiting on a call back from Earthlink but am not holding my breath. In the time it took me to write this, internet service has cut out two times. In the mean time, Verizon called to et me know that they are offering wireless internet service in my area. (My internet just currently out again, and again (4 times total in a couple of minutes). Their router will be arriving on Monday as FedX won't deliver on the weekend. If the Verizon router provides better service, I WILL be canceling Earthlink. Hopefully this post goes through.

I came to this store in November of 2022 to purchase a phone and a watch as a Christmas gift. I decided I also wanted to upgrade my phone. I Andre, who I assumed was the manager of the store during this time told me I had to pay the $50 I owed on my Iphone in order to purchase a new phone which I did. I was then told he would buy my phone back from me so I would see a credit on my bill. Mistake I did was not ask how much of a credit since I just wanted a new phone. A few weeks later, I received my first bill which was a lot more than I was told it would be so I went back to Andre. I then realize I had no credit on my bill. This is when he said he forgot to credit my account for the phone and forgot to put it in the system but not to worry because he would fix it. At this point, I decided to purchase a watch for my husband. I brought a 2nd iPhone to trade for the watch as I did not want to pay full price. He again, told me he would credit my account and the watch will be free. In addition, they had added 3 protection plans to my account which was charging me $30 a month in addition to my bill, I was then told by Jose that they removed it... Nope, Jose instead issued me a credit of $20 and told me that was them removing the fee from the account. Fast forward to early Feb... I do not see the bill reflecting the credits for my TWO iphones so I go into the store. I was told by the current Manager Jose that Andre is no longer at the store and that he can't really help me much as Andre did "his own thing". He told me he would call me back and never did. I went to the store he wasn't there, I called 3 more times and threaten to leave a review and email corporate since no one would help me or credit my account let alone return my phone. Finally, After calling Jose a few times, he tells me Andre says he only owes me $100 total for TWO IPHONES! Please do not come to this store! They lie, and manipulate the system to get commission while screwing over the customer! Yes, it was my mistake for assuming they were honest and not asking how much was my credit.
