I went in to buy a new iPhone and I got the iPhone. I got my service but then my sisters service…read morewas completely turned off and all of a sudden i had her number and not mine. The guy told me and my sister i got the numbers wrong when we have completely different numbers. My number is a 609 number and hers is a 610 number so not sure how those could've gotten mixed up when her number was never even mentioned. Later i went in and it took 15 minutes for them to fix and my sister had to replace her SIM card because they messed up. The manager, Letrel was very helpful and fixed the other guys problems. Guess you know a manager when you see one. Many of my friends have went to that AT&T and the same guy helped us all and screwed us over. Do not let somebody help you at this AT&T unless it is Letrel.

All I'm going to say is if you have an iPhone please go to Apple. The man that helped me yesterday…read morewas not helpful at all. I went in because my phone was not turning on at all after previously being fine and it's only a month old. I had a warranty and I was told to call the warranty company. Mind you the man that was working there gave me his own personal phone which I wasn't comfortable with. I called the AT&T warranty people and was on with them for 15 mins. All for them to tell me I had to go to Apple. Then I waited another 15-20 mins for the man who was helping me to come out of the back room. A month prior I went in because my old phone wasn't turning on. So they sold me a new phone. The reason I'm saying always go to Apple is because nothing was really wrong with both of my phones. All they needed was a hard reset. AT&T Truly just wanted their money and wanted me to purchase a new phone instead of being Apple to fix it for me.

Absolutely horrible store. I had to go there, because best buy didn't have the exact phone that I…read moreneeded. We needed two phones to be on one family plan. The rep told us that he was giving us two phones but four phone numbers, because the two extra sets of phone numbers would absorb our spam calls (it didn't) for no extra price (that was not true). After few months, I checked my bill to see that, not only was I paying for four separate phone lines, I was being charged insurance on the phone lines that didn't have physical phones! When I went to the store, the rep told me I had to come back the next day to deal with the original guy. I did that, and after about 15 minutes of him swearing that the two fake phone lines weren't costing me any extra money, I finally got him to take them off my bill, resulting in an immediate $80/a month reduction. To pay me back for all of my wasted money, he said he was adding a $200 credit to my line. My bill payment just went through, and of course the credit isn't there. So, I will now have to go to the store AGAIN to get this resolved. Next time, I will just take any phone that Best Buy will give me rather than going to this place again.

I would like to first say I was one of the first cell phone users at the age of 25 in 1986. I have…read morenever left Verizon until this past week. I am saving $130 a month by transferring my carrier to AT & T. I have a plan with 5 devices. I have visited the Galloway store and 70% of those times there was a girl nemed Brandi on the phone every time either arguing with her kids or significant other on the open floor. After I switched to AT&T I went in to get my contract # that AT&T needed and she rudely looked up my number and in a rude tone said " Did you switch to AT&T when I said yes. She told me to call this number. I then had my new phone that I did not quite know how to use since I went from the Samsung to the 13 pro max Iphone. I asked her to get the number keyboard up for me and she gave the phone back to me and said " Maybe you should ask AT&T to show you how to use your new phone??? Why Management allows her to be on her phone for personal use is beyond me....And if she IS the manager explains it even better???? ps at no time when I made the switch and spoke to atleast a 1/2 dozen people from Verizon including personell in the Galloway store..DiD anyone ever ask me why I was switching and how could we keep you? Thats a whole other story that I am sure Verizon could care less to hear!
