Went in to ask about a new phone and ended up with a new phone. The "free" upgrade ended up costing $200 between the screen protectors and new cords I had to buy but whatever. I guess their approach to customer service is to ignore you. There were three men in there and all were with someone but no one ever even acknowledged we were there. Multiple times one got up from their desk and nothing. Three other people walked in and left while we were there. We would have usually gone to margate Verizon but they are closed on Sundays. Won't go to somers point again. read more

My daughters wanted to get new phones, we went to the Verizon store in Somerspoint they don't force you to purchase more then you need. They tell you about the deals but it's up to YOU to decide. Unlike the store in Northfield. They told my son his phone was paid off (it wasn't) he now has 2 bills. Also in Somerspoint the wait isn't long and they greet you. If you do wait they acknowledge you and apologize for the waiting. Such a nice clean friendly store. read more

What a surprise and great experience I had. The customer reps, Jason and his partner (sorry forgot your name but great hair) they took such great care of me and helped me from beginning to end with setting up a new phone which can be very scary. Went in in August to ask about the new iPhone. The salesman completely lied to make a sale. They do not care about their customers and only care about sales. Take your business to the Verizon store in Ocean City for a chance at honesty. read more

Gary Levin, was very professional and knew the products. Maximize my trade in value of my Galaxy S8 Plus, from $75 to $150. Sold me a better unlimited plan, versus than the one I, had previously with 15, more gigabytes for $5, dollars more. He also waived the $40, dollars activation fees, and $40, dollars setup fees. I open my Verizon, wireless account back in August, of 2017, in this same location (Somers Point). So I, was due for a new phone. I purchased th Galaxy S20 Plus, in black. I could not have had a worse experience with this store, i strongly recommend you avoid them . i went in to replace /upate my iphone- they sold me an SE that they had in stock that turned out to have technical flaws. After 4 hours of trying to download and offload my data from old phone , i asked them to cancel and either get me a different phone or cancel the entire transaction. they insisted i keep waiting to see if the download would complete, it wouldnt. i finally insisted they stop - at which point they charged me a $70 restocking fee! to restock a phone that i never used! they also refused to provide their manager or owners name. disgraceful. (fyi, i wentto my local Verizon store and was able to get the same phone, and download my data in under 15 minutes, which validates how lousy the Somers Point store is. i wish the story were different, now i have no way to fight to get my $70 back. read more

My girlfriend and I went in to the store and purchased a jetpack to take care of some of our internet needs. The person who rang us up had us sign a two year contract.(Nothing wrong with that) She told us she was the manager which was a complete lie!!!! The first day I went home to use this device I immediately realized it did not work so I called the rep to see if she knew what was wrong. We took our laptop and device into the store and supposedly had it fixed. I took it home and it still did not work! So I called back and the rep back and she told us she would get back to us....SHE DID NOT. I called back again and she said she needed to talk to someone about the connection issue, took down my number and said she would get back to me........SHE DID NOT. Now were past the 2 week mark and cannot return it so all of the fees associated with this device we have to pay. Further more if we want to cancel this device it will cost us almost $200.00 dollars!
