Came in for a quick trip to get an official document notarized. The fees are reasonable at $10 for one page per person. The customer service is above and beyond. The notary I believe her name is Casey was extremely helpful and thorough with the process. She examined the document to make sure she could notarize it and automatically volunteer the other two employees at the store to provide as witnesses. She explained everything to us in the process and even said if there any issues we can come back and get it re-notarized for free. She worked really hard for us it was polite 100% of the way. I received a phone call from the Galloway store regarding a package that has been sitting on a shelf since July they did not refund the cost of the items enclosed. They would only reimburse me for the shipping and handling. They were rude, and not considerate. A week later, I received a phone call from Zach at the Egg Harbor Township store, apologizing for what had occurred. Immediately cut me a check for the contents and shipping and handling. He was very friendly, professional, and considerate of my dilemma. The store is further, but I will go to them to ship my packages. I recommend this location for your shipping needs. I would give this zero stars if I could. ups literally ripped opened my package and tapped it back up like if they had no idea who did it and it was a shein package not once has a shein package of mine have gotten opened or taped up after it's been ripped open completely and I guess who ever opened my package from ups didn't like what I ordered and tapped it up and gave me my package but I swear if it was something expensive like an iPhone or iPad etc it would be gone. Same thing happened to my friend the other day they opened her package that was going to be gifted to a friend. I will not be ordering anything for now for the holidays online I don't trust ups and whoever is doing this should be fired immediately this is ridiculous like if money come from trees!!!! I had a confirmed appointment for notary services, showed up to a dirty store with a long line, only to have 2 rude little men tell me there's no notary available. the appointment was confirmed MULTIPLE TIMES and they flippantly told me to go to a different UPS store. I give UPS NO STARS!!!! I shipped a package (on a Thurs) guaranteed 2 day delivery. It cost me $179 NOT CHEAP! It was homemade bisque that I had frozen and had to ship on dry ice. I expected the shipping to be expensive. That being said the package was GUARENTEED to get to its destination in 2 days (Sat before 12:30). I tracked this package on a continuous basis and when on the 2nd day it did not reach its destination it sat in a warehouse for 2 more days because UPS does not deliver on Sundays. On Monday morning it was declared damaged by the UPS warehouse and it was shipped back to sender. How frustrating!!! When it arrived at the UPS store in EHT the only contents of this package was two tiny tin cases with fudge in them. Where my cooler went I don't know all they said was "it was damaged". Now you would think that the UPS store could refund at least my shipping costs right? NO!!!! You have to submit a claim to corporate and wait until they approve the claim then maybe they'll refund your money. Really the services here were not rendered! You can't even credit back my credit card for shipping charges! Not to mention the time and expense I occurred going shopping for the ingredients, the cooler, the dry ice, the containers, the cards....etc. (shall I go on). So I call corporate and get 5 different phone numbers for people who supposedly can help me. On the 5th try (after about 1hr and that's not incorporating the hold times) the lady on the phone told me she filed a claim and I need to go back to the UPS store to get my money when they process the claim. How long I asked? Within 10 business days. I'll be lucky if it's within 10 weeks!!!! BOYCOTT UPS!!! They suck!!!! The customer service representatives in the store are not nice!!! They got defensive before I could even open my mouth!!! Obviously they do not know how to pack a package they just take your money and don't give a crap if your package gets to its destination or not!!!! This package was for a terminally ill cancer patient who cannot eat anything except cream based soups. So out of the kindness of my heart I made 4 different homemade bisques along with 4 different kinds of fudge for his wife. HEARTBREAKING!!!!!!!! read more

New management sucks. I have had a box for years at this location. I have had a box at many locations in many states for over a decade. The new manager at his new employee are terrible. I have been told that if packages are not usps or ups they will not receive them. I have been told that if I have a package there more then 24 hours they will return to sender. I work medical day shift. I work while they are open. No longer do I get the option to pick up packages on the weekend. No longer can I ship anything to my box. I will be getting a new box. They also now are no longer open till 6pm like the door says. They close by 6pm. You can not get full services after 4pm. No notary no copies no faxing no printing after 4pm. If you forget a label they now charge you to print a label. Be prepared. read more

Every time I use the services here, the service is fast and courteous. They also offer fast Notary Public. We should be grateful that there is a UPS Store in this area at all. read more
