All My Sons company representative called, gave us an estimated cost and after a quick assessment we agreed on having the movers come on Saturday May 30th. 2026. She charged our credit card for a deposit, and told us that a dispatcher will call us with an estimated time their guys and truck would be picking up our household effects. On Thursday May 28th at 11:38 am they sent us a link to complete our inventory by 2 pm. At 2:09 pm they left a message with the excuse that because they were overbooked and did not have our inventory, they were unable to do our scheduled pre-paid (deposit) move. Later they sent another estimated cost and changed the date up to their convenience without considering that we booked for an end of the month weekend and they rescheduled us for a beginning of next month weekday. The afternoon before our move, we called the company to figure out their arrival time on Saturday, to our surprise Drew R...... told us that they were unable to have their crew doing our movement on Saturday. We requested to speak with a manager and the manager did not feel comfortable providing us his last name, all he was comfortable to share was his first name which is supposed to be Michael, he needs intensive customer service training or change trade services. He is supposed to fix the problems, not to make them bigger. He yelled at us like it was our fault for not checking the message they left cancelling the Saturday move and saying they were OVERBOOKED and their first available was 4 days later. At the end while we were asking for a refund of our deposit and all we got was Michael hanging up the phone call, without either an apology, or a resolution. Nine weeks later we hadn't received our refund. All my Son's moving, lacks accountability and respect for their customers. Due to work we have moved worldwide to nine different countries, we are used to dealt with moving\companies in the USA, Africa, Europe, Eurasia, and Latin America; it is with knowledge and experience of the services provided that even third world countries are far superior than the services provided from All My Sons moving company. Their lack of responsibility and accountability developed a chain of events and extra charges that not only added to our stress but also to our finances. PLEASE DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS' MOVING SERVICES.

    I rarely write reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience with BK movers. While the…read moremoving crew themselves were kind, hardworking, and respectful (we even tipped them), the way the company's management has handled the aftermath has been extremely disappointing. Several of my belongings were damaged during the move, including all three mattresses (torn), a broken nightstand with glass inlays, scratched bed frames, ripped up threshold on my front door and a brand-new front storm door that they tried to claim was only rubber trim when it is clearly metal. My home is brand new! One mover also left black glove smudges across my walls that cannot be cleaned and now require painting. When I brought these issues to the owner's attention, I was told flatly, "No Ma'am your claim is closed," without any acknowledgment, investigation, or willingness to even look at the damage. The refusal to take responsibility or even have a conversation about the matter shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability at the management level. To be clear -- the movers crew themselves were wonderful people. Unfortunately, the company's leadership has made it impossible for me to recommend them. Moving is stressful enough; the last thing you should have to deal with is extensive damage and a company unwilling to stand behind its service.
