i've come here maybe twice to pick up some modems for my cable service. Every time I come into store it's clean there's adequate staffing but there's always a line to talk to somebody and handle an account usually waiting at least 25 to 30 minutes every time. Seems like they have all the updated phones, The service is based on Verizon towers. I don't have their cell phone service. I'm not a big fan of Comcast but this is all I have in my area. Worst move ever was signing up for Xfinity Mobile. Not only did I have bad experience, my friend did as well. I lost my phone with tmobile on a friday. After getting the runaround from the for a replacement, I decided to try a new service. It was Sunday when I placed an order online for a new phone and service. The phone STILL hasnt been delivered and its Thursday. The tracking is showing its in Memphis. Best part, I get on xfinity chat for support and they straight up lied to me. Twice. India at its finest. So how do I get a toothbrush the same day from Amazon, but your multi billion dollar corporation takes 5 days to send a phone? That's just poor business.
