If I was to rate the phone company the big V would teeter towards a 1 star rating but this experience wasn't with the phone company but BEST BUY! An experience that was excellent every step of the way! It was the darkening of the phone screen amidst these troubled times that led to a search of BEST BUY's website for options, which revealed an amazing deal on a very popular Samsung cell phone. Price does matter and knowing that we could make the "Best Buy" with a one time payment rather than a phone company contract with its multiple pages was truly an incentive towards making the purchase. BEST BUY's appointment system during these troubled times worked perfectly, There were several time options to meet with a representative and their system allows for comments so I said we'd be there a few minutes before noon. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile (Behind the mask but you could sense a smile. Do you find yourselves discovering smiles through twinkling eyes and speech patters since we've been masked? I do. Anyhow back to the review.) and the young lady said 'Dave, our representative will be right with you." We were then told to stand in a safe space while waiting for the BEST BUY staff person. There were no 'busy signals' during this phone purchase just clear communication. We were invited back to the phone sales desk and very quickly the new phone was being unwrapped. But, what mattered was the sales representative's inside comments about the phone and patience in answering questions. At one point she went to get the "right" answer to a question from a supervisor. Smooth easy and everything completed within an hour. They didn't have the desired cell phone case but that was ordered and will arrive this week with no shipping charge. GREAT SERVICE! CLEAN and SAFE ENVIRONMENT (Everyone masked with social distance maintained!)! And, a price that didn't leave any question about making the buy! BEST BUY THANKS ...

The delivery guys dropped it off today and said we don't install nor did they take away the old TV. Called customer service and they are telling me this TV doesn't come with free install, I have a picture saved on my phone that was online for this TV that says free install and haul away. The sales guy said it was free and supposedly set up my install for 10/06 but obviously didn't do it. WORST experience ever for buying a new TV. Go somewhere else
