After hearing nothing 3 weeks later I had to call them and get an update in which I was told they needed my password again to get back into the computer, I was told I would receive a call in a few days which I did and was told that it needed a new hard drive. I decided not to get the service done and a week later received a call on the day I planned on just picking it up without it being fixed. When I picked my MacBook up I was given the wrong charger which was filthy and I was told there was nothing that could be done about it and 2 screws were missing from the bottom of the computer and the ones that were in were in the wrong placement and stuck out of the bottom on the MacBook. I was contacted by Nick who is a tech there and he told me to bring it in and he would take care of it. Nick was wonderful and replaced the screws with some from his personal computer and ensured all the screws were placed properly. Nick also replaced my power cord for me without me even asking for anything to be done about it.
