What an AMAZING business. Rob went above and beyond for me! I am dangerous with a computer, and if I can mess things up I do it very well. My computer died and I had no clue what was wrong with it. At the suggestion of a local business, I called 911 Computer Rescue. A quick diagnosis by Rob, and a two day turnaround I had my computer back!! Then I called for assistance with email setup. If you have a problem with your computer I highly recommend 911 Computer in Hammonton NJ. My sister had a problem with her computer and Rob walked us through the steps necessary to fix the issue and now it's working fine. Rob is a true professional and great to his customers. read more

Rob is a very nice guy. He will go out of his way to help you fix whatever problem you have to the best of his ability. He helped me fix my laptop which needed some work. Rob is very knowledgeable at what he does. You can ask him questions, and he takes the time to explain things to you. He will let you know up front what the problem could be or is, and what the prices will run you. He is very fair priced. I didn't have to wait long for him to fix my laptop. He always goes a step above to help teach me something, or showing me something that I'm doing wrong, or telling me about something that will help the laptop run better,... as I'm not really too experienced with it. I will continue going to 911 Computer Rescue, and highly recommend this buisness. My laptop is now in great shape again, (almost like new), for way less then the cost of a brand new one. read more

I called 911 Computer Rescue LLC with a problem I was experiencing with my MacBook Air. I could not remedy the situation on my own. Fortunately for me, the universe connected me to Rob and he was a breath of fresh air. Once in a while you get what you need when you need it. His service and knowledge about my computer issue was top notch. He made me feel understood and took the time to explain the steps needed or in my case wasn't needed in a clear and concise manner. Each time, it was the same pleasant experience of them pointing out any issues and doing their best to have the car come out running great. My cousin even went back to use their car wash every time that he got even a sliver of dirt on his truck, and my friend was happy that they vacuumed and did basic maintenance services for no extra cost. Personally, I like using the self-service wash spaces... It'll always be a primary hub to do all the basic car necessities. This recent visit was a little interesting, though, and I'd like to immortalize it. I'd just brought my friend in for his first time, and we got in line and stopped at the sign as per normal routine. We waited for an attendant, who promptly opened a garage door and waved for us within one minute of sitting. As soon as we started to pull up, a woman in a bright pink jumpsuit drove in from the side and cut us off. We expected them to relent and take her in first, but the attendant actually gestured to us and told her that it was our turn -- She had to back up and go in the proper way. We smiled and drove in, and she parked to immediately... go inside and complain to the desk attendant that "The little Mexican wouldn't let me through to get my oil change, but I had my permissions from this other guy!" After pulling a full Karen moment and not getting any attention, she hollered in front of two other customers that she'd never give her business again... She could've just pulled into one of the other doors... but honestly, good riddance. They got a loyal customer out of my friend instead. He was happy with the coffee, vacuuming, tire pressure check, and free car wash. "Way better than my local Valvoline," was his whispered praise. The workers aren't always perfect, I'll admit (had a couple gas attendants flirt on me, and I respectfully brushed them off), but the business's offerings and services as a whole take care of their people pretty well, from my perspective. Acquaintances and old coworkers have worked the various positions here, and so long as the people keep a general standard, I'll have no issue coming back every time.

I called Dales bc they have been in business quite a while in my area. I needed my microwave fixed…read more& my oven door fixed the hinge was broke. I called set up the appointment . The repair man comes looks at the microwave & fixes the hinge on the oven. He had to come back after parts came in for the microwave fine. I received the bill for that days service they charged me 2 service charges 1 for each appliance. I thought that was ridiculous the whole bill for the day was $245. Dales calls me back with a price on what it's going to cost to repair the microwave & a minor fix for oven door is glass. It was going to another $425. I think. I say ok. Then my daughter shows me my same microwave at Lowe's for $$230. So I went & purchased a new microwave & my brother installed same place. Total charges to fix everything would have been around $770. When it cost me $480. They were upset about it. My problem was the 2 service charges & why not tell me it's cheaper to buy a new microwave? I would have remained a loyal customer forever if he said that. The other thing I find weird is the reviews are all 5 stars! That's fishy to me like they don't want to show any other ratings or reviews.

They ruined my comforter ON TOP of The staff being incredibly rude and pushy, constantly harassing customers for tips. The begging and demanding of tips has been the last few times I've been there and it's just out of control especially with the service they want to be tipped on. Today I was told that my fiancé "hasn't tipped the last three times," which is not only untrue but completely inappropriate to say to a paying customer. Gratuity is supposed to be optional and a reflection of good service -- not something customers should be guilted or pressured into. When we do tip, it's always $20 or more, but being treated this way after years of loyalty is unacceptable. To make it even better I attached photos of how my king size Casaluna comforter was returned to me. I sent it in perfect condition just a monthly wash & they return it with blue stains all over it. AND THEY WANTED A Tip?!?! lol the staff members name was Stephany Zolnoski. This place has lost our business for good.

I found this place in Hammonton called 911 computer rescue. It should not be called computer rescue it should be called sanity rescue because I was going crazy trying to figure out what I did wrong. Ron was very helpful and incredibly courteous He was not like some of the other places I've been to where they're very condescending, He spoke to me as an equal and as a person. it's very refreshing to find somebody that is not only competent and very proficient but also kind and courteous. Not only was he able to service both of the machines that I had but he did it in an incredibly fast fashion as well as incredibly effective. Before I barely got the word out about repairing my MacBook Pro. Rob cut me off and said, "We don't work in MacBook". Even if you don't you should at least listen to your potential customers. I am in the service industry and get calls all the time for things I do not service, but I take time to respond by being professional and telling the client where they might find what they are looking for. If you are having a bad day, don't answer the phone. This call left a sour taste for me. read more
