Rob is a very nice guy. He will go out of his way to help you fix whatever problem you have to the best of his ability. He helped me fix my laptop which needed some work. Rob is very knowledgeable at what he does. You can ask him questions, and he takes the time to explain things to you. He will let you know up front what the problem could be or is, and what the prices will run you. He is very fair priced. I didn't have to wait long for him to fix my laptop. He always goes a step above to help teach me something, or showing me something that I'm doing wrong, or telling me about something that will help the laptop run better,... as I'm not really too experienced with it. What an AMAZING business. Rob went above and beyond for me! I am dangerous with a computer, and if I can mess things up I do it very well. My computer died and I had no clue what was wrong with it.
