That really stood out. When it turned out a visit was needed, they scheduled me for the very next day and even arrived earlier than expected (after calling to confirm it was okay). I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly, and Anthony and Mike arrived on time. Before getting started, they inspected our Maytag dryer and discovered that part of the dryer vent connection was actually broken. They were able to remove the broken piece, properly reconnect the dryer, clean the lint from inside the dryer, and clean the entire dryer vent from the outside of the house all the way back to the dryer. Anthony and Mike were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. I especially appreciated that they took the time to inspect everything rather than simply cleaning the vent and leaving. I felt like they did a great job and I received good value for my money. I would definitely recommend KC Cleaning and Maintenance to anyone looking for dryer vent cleaning in Yardley or Bucks County, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

At least I know a few things more now. At least, they won't clean them if there are smoke issues to deal with.
