Great company to use. Responded and booked swiftly for duct cleaning. On time and thorough work done! Cost is comparable to others.

Never been a big FAN of The Sprinkler Company; I begrudgingly used them as they were the provider…read morewhen I bought the house, but this last time will be the last time I use them. They kind of have this "we're the only game in town" air about them. They aren't big on customer service, and they tell YOU when they will be coming to service your stuff. Even with that, the few times I have used them, the tech they sent out was at least personable. The LAST dude they sent here was miserable. He knocked on the door, and when I opened it, he had an attitude about my fence being locked. (It's locked for this EXACT REASON: service people just open it and walk into my yard. I have 2 dogs that have gotten out TWICE before I added locks to the gates.) So, I unlock the gate and explain the situation to him. He drops a few F-bombs before getting to work. I go inside, and HAND TO GOD, MAYBE 10 minutes later, I look outside and he is gone! I literally thought he left to GET something, because there's no way he finished and left that quickly. So I go outside to check, and everything is unhooked, and yes, he is done and left. I check the controller module, and he left it on, and in the "run" position. Had I not checked, this thing would have been calling for the system to run all winter. The last tech turned it off and unplugged it, before putting the cable away. This dude just barely did anything, then pieced out, with the system still running zone 6. I was SO taken aback, I was like, "maybe they just decided to just leave, and not charge me." Nope. Like 3 days later, I get an invoice for $108 dollars. The ONLY reason I paid it is to have proof that they "winterized it," should the pipes freeze this winter and the system needs to be repaired. Since living here, I've learned that there ARE other lawn services, and I will 100% be utilizing them in the future. Never again for The Sprinkler Company. The only reason it isn't a 1 star is that the OTHER techs they sent the other times, were at least thorough.

For the estimate he was very informed of the whole process and as a bonus reviewed with me the available rebates for cars (charger and install reimbursement, and PSEG rebates) and the documentation I would need. For the install his team was excellent. We have a split level with the panel on one side, and the garage on the far other side. cable had to move through two large sections of house before gettign to the garage. I had a planned already mapped out (which Gary agreed with on estimate) but it was still challenging to move the cables through the walls. Their were some tricky moments but the guys were always calm, professional and persevered trying different ways to get around some sharp bends in the ceiling/wall. Then when fully installed they stayed long enough to make sure the charger worked and the car acknowledged the charge. We found out that out-of-the-box Chargepoint sets their chargers to low amps. So we had to connect it to my wifi, and then call Chargepoint who remotely activates the higher amps. they entire time the GE Smith employees were there and engaged in the process and communications with chargepoint, and didnt leave until it all worked. A day after install Gary emailed me the permit, i scheduled the inspection (Which was fast) and 2 days later the docs were in teh PSEG website. Now 6 weeks later or so, I am fully approved for the PSEG programs, got my install cost rebaote applied and my charging discount starts this billing cycle.
