Garret was our tech he arrived promptly at the agreed time. He fixed the problem on both computers and test printed from both computers! Wonderful service and great job all under an hour and at our home. Garret also told us about other services they good perform remotely. We have signed up for this added protection and service. Eric and the team ran a diagnosis and called me within hours of what was damaged. The harddrive was shot and everything important to me were gone, so I thought. The team was able to pull nearly everything back to the new drive. The worst thing is that they returned it to me in worse condition and the screen did not work. The person responsible for the repair did not want to talk to me. And they didn't give me my money back.
