Unfortunately, this did not continue throughout the project. Chris definitely misrepresented himself and what his business stands for. AHis ethical conduct is definitely in question running his business as well as dealing with his customers. My job was left incomplete because once things didn't go as planned he was fustrated and annoyed. Having a temper about his performance was extremely uncomfortable for me. He is unprofessional to say the least. His follow up became inconsistent and unclear with completing the job. His practices do not align with what his website and his estimate displayed.
