During that time, I saw little to no measurable improvement in performance. Results fluctuated monthly without any sustained progress. In June, due to financial hardship, I informed Webimax that I needed to cancel or pause services. Instead of honoring my request, they persuaded me to temporarily pause and resume at a reduced rate. As our financial situation worsened, I reiterated that we could not continue, and I intended to cancel altogether. Despite this, Webimax billed me for an additional month, citing their cancellation policy--even though I had clearly stated my intent to cancel back in June. I believe this billing was unfair and predatory, especially given that I was transparent about my financial situation and had made a good faith effort to end services responsibly. The experience has left me feeling that the company prioritizes revenue over client well-being, and it has eroded my trust in their integrity and the work they claimed to perform. I am filing this complaint to help prevent other small business owners from facing a similar situation. I request a refund for the final month billed after my original cancellation attempt.

I went today with a very last-minute, fairly large project (200 glossy posters and something else small). Everyone working there was very friendly, patient, and very willing to help! The file wasn't as big as it was supposed to be, so they helped revise it right there on the spot. Then after I explained that I live in Philly and need it by tomorrow for a conference next week, they said they'd just go ahead and print it all right there. The posters turned out perfectly and the price was very reasonable. I would never recommend doing what I did - going very last minute without putting the files on a thumb drive (my external harddrive didn't work and there wasn't wireless internet) - but I HIGHLY recommend Minuteman Press in Cherry Hill for any printing job!
