So, this UPS access point being the closest to my house, I have to make my returns and all at this specific location. Everything has been fine and going well since we started going to this store since July 2024 till date, in terms of service, etc. However, last month (March 2025), I went in there with my 4 year old who was wearing a portable car seat attached to his body. The car seat literally looks like he's about to go sky-diving, so we (my wife and I) have gotten asked by random folks "What is he wearing?". Now as my son and I walk into the UPS store, a store rep. (did not get his name) who was handling a package labeling in the back table right behind the counter goes "B*nchod, yeh kya pehna hua hai?". That translates into "Sisterf*cker, what is he wearing?". Now I know the language, because I speak it and its Hindi (for those who do not know it). I immediately respond back to the UPS rep. in Hindi to be mindful of his language and instead of apologizing, he responds in Hindi "Oh, I was just wondering what he's wearing?" to which I mentioned to him what it was but I also inform him again to watch his language, especially using profanity. Just from an ethical standpoint, given they are conducting business which provides service to diverse audience in-person, being in a professional environment, the only language that should be spoken if/when customers are on-site is and should be English. If/when the store is empty, feel free to converse in any other language. I did bring the matter up the next day to some other UPS reps. and they were apologetic of the situation and did mention that they would bring it up and address it with the rep. who used such language, but that was the end of that. My only reason/purpose to bring this up is more for an awareness perspective than anything else. read more

This is usually my go to place to send packages and return items. I was very upset today when I had a box that I hadn't taped up because I couldn't find my packing tape. When the clerk looked at it, he said exactly this "next time, remember to tape it up.". Rude and poor customer service. read more

This was my first and *definitely* last time using this location of the UPS Store. I typically use a different store, but I was in this area and didn't expect there to be a vast difference in service and pricing. I regret this decision immensely. The service was horrible and there was a severe lack of communication while ringing me up (combination of a language barrier and possibly a newer employee because he didn't know which shipping options to offer me). A different employee came midway and took over. He charged me $93.00 (NINETY THREE DOLLARS) for a 7 lbs package to be shipped just 5 states away (still within the USA). I was surprised at the quoted price... he told me that this was the cheapest option, but said the package would arrive within two business days. So of course, I assumed that it was being mailed via a UPS service. It never occurred to me to that he was being deceitful. Besides, I had been in the store for quite a while, it was raining that evening, already dark outside, and my ride was waiting for me -- so I said ok. I verbally confirmed *again* that this was the best offer by UPS, and he agreed. He printed out the mailing label, slapped it on the box and dropped it behind him. I never saw what he printed out, and of course I didn't inspect my receipt. About 3 days later, I tried to track the package on the UPS website... Would you know that the tracking number on my receipt did not come up as a UPS tracking number??? I Googled the tracking number and discovered that they shipped it by USPS (the post office) from beginning to end! I reviewed the tracking details on the post office website, and it showed that from the very first day, my package was taken to the local post office warehouse, and mailed via USPS all the way to its destination! I was so upset about being charged such a large amount of money only for my package to be mailed via the post office! I could have just gone to the post office myself and mailed it for like $20-$30! I called the number on the store receipt several times throughout the day. I even confirmed the store phone number on the UPS website. Each time I called, it did not ring and went straight to a voicemail box that was too full to accept new messages! These guys are scammers, and they know it. I called UPS itself, and explained what was going on. The UPS representative asked for the tracking number on my receipt, put me on hold for a few minutes, then came back and told me that it was a USPS (not UPS) tracking number so he wasn't able to help me... he suggested I go to the local post office and ask for a refund. Why would I go to the post office for a refund when the receipt that I was holding in my hand, and reading from, was issued by a UPS store? Of course I'm not going to the post office and asking them for a refund on something I mailed with a different company. That would be a ridiculous waste of time. I am really upset about this and frankly have no idea what to do. All I know is I will never, ever, ever use this particular UPS store to ship anything. Buyer beware! read more

Contacted this UPS store in need of notary services. They were very responsive and requested that I come into the location. They made me aware that I would need to bring the two witnesses required for the documentation however they also suggested that I could see if customers in the store could act as witnesses. Upon my arrival they were very attentive and kind as well as professional. I would highly recommend using this location for any Notary services needed. read more

After 20 years of outstanding friendly and professional service by Steve, I'm saddened that the rude unappreciative new owners have already marred his legacy. Here's a hint of how bad this will continue to be the new owner seems to have the unmistakable idea that he's doing customers a favor to allow them in his store to spend their money Never a hello nothing. I do like this UPS location. The employees here do a fast job and are usually polite but expedite any process or transaction. This has definitely become my go-to UPS location for a fast drop-off or shipment if I need. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. Absolutely horrific customer service. I tried to return a package that came to my property in error, and the store refused to take the package back, nor give me any guidance on what to do with this package that does not even belong to me. read more

The staff are friendly and do a great job whenever I ship something. This is my favorite UPS store.

The 2 women that were behind the counter on April 16tb 2023 at 10:25 am were incredibly dismissive and rude and barely even helped me with my transaction nor have any recommendations to help me with my issue. I am beyond disgusted. I went on a Tuesday to have a three day delivery by Friday to be safe as I was arriving in Austin on Monday for a huge business trip. The hotel said there was no package so after some calls the hotel said my package is still siting in Nj! I called the Springdale store and their response was it is not their problem and I have to call the main ups number! Wait I have to sirens hours on the phone bc ny package was lost? Now I have to waste hours on the phone as UPS said they have to investigate and most likely my package won't be here tomorrow! This was a huge business week and now I have to manage without my materials! I am sorry but the store should be calling the lawn side store. Oh and my other package sent from the other ups store got here in no time! I would never go here again! Unprofessional to say the least! read more

The staff and owner always very helpful, quick, polite and professional. I love that I can walk in, leave what I need to send if I don't have a box and they handle getting the right package for my item and sending it out. On more then 1 occasion they have double checked my package to confirm printing clear and appropriately taped up. They do not hesitate to add extra tape if necessary. They always give options on mailing costs. I think you also have to realize the store can't be responsible for every mistake by a UPS driver or hitch in delivery as that is not under their control nor the prices set by UPS. The employees have also always told me my option in using USPS if I wanted to save $ on mailing but also point out my trade off is that there is no tracking of the item if lost. If you want/need tracking then need to pay more through UPS. read more

I come to this UPS store at least twice a week, and they are the most friendly and helpful staff I have every met. The owner and Edgar always have a smile on their faces and always so quick to help. If you're holding a heavy box, they run to assist you. No matter where I am, I will drive the extra miles to only come to this UPS store. The prices are insane. I had to ship an iPhone charger (no box) from NJ to NY. I asked for the slowest, cheapest, least-insured method. They gave me UPS ground and told me it would be 11.95. The USPS would do it in a flat rate box for 3.95 or less. I'll never go back. read more
