i usually wouldn't write this but.. oh well. i recently placed 2 orders that were to be delivered…read moreby usps. both orders were sent back to the shipper. after getting in contact with the shipper i was informed that this wasnt the first time they had an issue with the usps sending their items back to them. i was pretty much told that usps for whatever reason doesn't try to deliver they just send it back to the shipper. the shipper used to use fedex but switched to usps and fedex picks it up then its transferred to usps and thats where the problems begin. i understand its a crazy time in the world but i have ordered many things recently for ups fedex or the usps to deliver. the only time i have a problem with delivery is when the usps is involved. i have been in ckntact with the shipper and they are thinking about switching back to fedex to handle all their deliveries.

I haven't complained about him before, but the buck stops here. He has gotten away with verbally abusing, mistreating, and denying services to customers for too long. The worst "bedside manners" that I've experienced at any UPS Store ever. The last package he refused to accept is still sitting in my house because the time to return it expired. He must not be allowed to work for the company any longer. I came with the QR code and the boxes of items. He refused to accept them. He spent so much time refusing to assist me instead of offering (what may have been a solution) 1 brown box to contain the two already boxed items I had. When I asked to speak to a manager, he went to a back room and stayed there for over 5 minutes. Before that, he said that "they" weren't there. But, he wouldn't give me the manager's name. Only after I started filming did he give me 2 first names, yet tried hard not to give me any last name(s). He, finally, said "Patel". So, I guess I'm to assume that last name applies to both names that he threw out. The manager(s) and owner may differ, since I see a different owner name online.
