Amazing work and phenomenal customer service! I found Bella through yelp while searching for a place to hem my son's dress pants for an upcoming wedding. They were able to quickly get it done within five days. However, the when the hem was done incorrectly, the owner not only had it fixed in within 24 hours, but hand delivered it to my house the next day. I don't know any businesses that care about customer satisfaction like that. The owner was very passionate about her work, and making sure I was happy. I will definitely be using her again! I think this place is under new management because I read some of the negative reviews about this place and it doesn't sound like the people who work here now. I brought several dresses in to be altered and adjusted and they did it very quickly in a matter of days and charge me a very reasonable price. I just tried on all the dresses and they looked great. They did a very good job and I recommend this place. read more

Just moved into Hunter's Chase, saw there was a dry cleaners right outside of the development and breathed a sigh of relief knowing dry cleaning wouldn't be a problem... ...until I used them... I dropped off about a dozen shirts one afternoon to have dry cleaned. The lady in there seemed friendly, welcomed me to the area and gave me my ticket...everything seemed great. So I went back a few days later, paid and picked up my shirts. The problems started when I came home and went to hang my shirts up. I pulled off the plastic and noticed that whomever did this dry cleaning ironed creases up and down my sleeves on at least half of the shirts; they were unwearable. So I gathered up my crease-filled shirts and drove back to Bella. I politely explained that these shirts were not wearable and pointed out all of the creases in 6 or 7 shirts. This is where it got worse. After I pointed out the creases and explained the situation she rolled her eyes at me and the following exchange took place: Lady: Well this is going to happen sometimes Me: Huh? Lady: Sometimes the shirts come out like this, there's nothing we can do Me: You're kidding? Lady: Yeah, it just happens Me: So will you redo them? Lady: Free? Me: Well they're pretty effed up, so yeah Lady: (rolls eyes again) Fine, come back on Friday (it was Tuesday) I completely understand mistakes happen, but the attitude ruined it for me. I picked up my shirts Friday, dealt with her making ridiculous faces while she retrieved my shirts and vowed never to return. Screw ups are one thing, attitude is entirely different. read more

Always get fast, friendly, and reasonably priced service. The shop is out of my way but I followed the owner from another store where she worked before opening her own shop. The owners are great people and the shop offers alterations, which have always been right on target. I am tough to fit because I have thick, square shoulders and fixing a jacket to accommodate is tricky but everything I've had altered fits perfectly. This provides a lot of freedom because you can buy at a bargain and if something doesn't fit perfectly you can depend on Bella's to make it work at a reasonable price. read more

The woman who owns this business is incredibly unprofessional. They advertise that clean UGGS. I brought 2 pairs of UGGS in 4 days ago the owner said she didn't know if they cleaned them so I assumed she was an employee she says she has to call the guy who I assume is the owner she leaves him a voicemail I leave my boots with her and she says she will call me. after 4 days I'm wondering why I haven't heard anything so I happened to be near there so I figured I'd stop in and check the status. First it took 10 minutes for her to come out from the back of the store when she finally appears I asked why I haven't heard anything she starts waving her hands around screaming he hasn't called her back saying "he drives everywhere California new York Florida etc. He can't have time to call me back" I say why are you giving such an attitude she replies with "I'm a business owner I don't need someone coming in here asking me questions that I don't have answers to I'm too busy running my business." I respond with then I guess you don't need my business. She says "guess not" she grabbed my boots from the back and actually threw them from across the room to the front of the store where I was standing. I'm in complete awe I still cannot believe that happened. It would be my advisement to take your dry cleaning business elsewhere. If she can't respect her customers than she shouldn't have any. read more

I would have given -0- stars! Picked up my two daughters dresses for my sisters wedding. 1.) I was completely taken back as I am signing the credit card receipt and realizing I was charged **$165.00** yes one hundred sixty five dollars for 2 dresses to be hemmed!!! And tack a sash onto the one dress. I was outraged and questioned the amount because she never ever expressed how much it was going to cost. All she said was, I give all my customers receipts and it states the amount on the receipt. I requested a copy of the receipt I signed off on agreeing to pay that amount and she said I don't make you sign anything. Had she told me ahead of time I would never ever agreed to pay that much. She said well you should have looked at your receipt it's not my job to hold your hand... I was livid, I never yelled or screamed and she ended by saying well your dresses are done there's nothing you can do and you need to leave before I call he cops... Hmmm call the cops for what? I said I'm not yelling or screaming I'm questioning why I wasn't made aware how much it was going to cost.... So if not to add insult to injury, get home and the babies dress is completely hacked. It looks like a blind drunk person cut the bottom of the tulle. And my older daughters dress has yellow marker on the bottom. Now I have to go back: I go back and bring it to her attention (calmly) she proceeds by telling me that all tulle looks like hat when it's cut, and it looked like that when you brought it in, I pointed it out to you.. I responded telling her absolutely 100% it did not look like that and a few inches needed to be cut off the bottom. She refunded the babies cost. Then after my older daughter gets home and tried in her dress IT IS STILL COMPLETELY HANGING ON THE FLOOR!!! Now I'm beside myself!! Soo I go back yet again with my oldest, dress and shoes in hand. At first she refused to do anything and said again she was going to call the cops (mind you I never once yelled or cursed) I said sure call them so I can show them that I paid for a service that wasn't performed? She then refunded the cost of the alterations for the 2nd dress as well. The entire time he woman who the 80's hair style and way too much makeup was completely rude and ignorant. Will never set foot there again. read more
