A single phone call would have allowed me to solve the problem. Instead, my clothing was held with no work done and no notice. When I stated that as a paying customer I expected communication and follow through, she became defensive and accused me of being rude. A refund was offered, but there was no accountability or professionalism. If you expect your clothes to be finished, or expect basic communication, do not go here.
