This place is a find! Choi is an excellent tailor/seamstress. She has helped me out on short notice more than once. The dry cleaning and laundry is very good. Everything gets done on time. But she is exceptionally nice, and accommodating for special requests. Wish it was a little easier to park around there. But that doesn't stop me. I discovered the store accidentally, when my previous dry cleaner would not do timely alterations. Really reasonable prices, fast services and a great staff. The woman who I dropped my suits off with was also who was there when I picked up. Not sure if she runs it alone but she did a good job if she is. Suits were pressed perfectly for a good price and she had it ready even earlier then I had anticipated. I have been to dry cleaners all over the the area, and Mr. and Mrs. Choi at Haddon Cleaners are absolutely the best! How often is pressing so clean and perfect that you actually notice it and say to yourself, "this pressing is amazing?" I don't think I've ever done that, until now. Mr. Choi does all the pressing in house, and it is nothing short of beautiful. My jackets come back with a gorgeous lapel roll, which is a sign of someone who really knows what they're doing. (The practice of less knowledgeable people is to press it flat where the lapel meets the top button closure, which just looks cheap, but not at Haddon Cleaners!) I trust them with my bespoke suits, and they always come out looking amazing. Don't be put off by the fact that it looks like a store front, where they send everything out (as I was at first). As I understand it, they send the actual cleaning out to a family member who has a business in -- Pennsauken, was it? -- where they do the actual cleaning and then bring it back. Then the pressing is done in house. The clothes come back immaculate, and I just can not get over Mr. Choi's care and skill with an iron. I will never go anywhere else. read more

I want to say a big THANK YOU to Haddon Cleaners! She saved my life and I was more than please with the service! I had purchased a dress for a wedding in Amazon and the dress arrived in the evening, a day before the wedding. I was mortified! I did not know what to do. Who can I find to alter my dress the same day of the wedding that I had to attend at 4pm. I immediately started my search on line and I've called several locations. And as it was expected, I was turned away, it was impossible to alter a dress in short notice and in little time. I wanted to cry! Lol But I called Haddon Cleaners, they was my last hope! I immediately explained my situation to the tailor and she said bring in the dress and I would see what I can do! My eyes lit up with great relief and hope! I immediately drove over! As I walk in, she takes a look and ask when do I need it by? I cringed when I tell her in 3 hours. She looks at the clock and says, OK! I'll try my best! WHEW! She saved my life! This place is amazing! I bought a dress on clearance even though it was far too big (we've all done that, right!?) and I needed altered before a wedding. I came in on a Tuesday evening and she asked when I needed it by. I replied Saturday and she acknowledged it was no problem. I went into the fitting room, she pinned the dress, and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. It happened so quickly, I was worried that it was actually pinned accurately. When I picked up the dress and tried it on, it fit exactly how I wanted it to! The best part is that it's completely affordable! Even though the owner doesn't speak very good English, her demeanor is so, so friendly. Definitely will return for alterations here, and I'll probably even bring my dry cleaning here. read more

I've tried 3x with this place. First time I came April of 2018 to pick up a hemmed dress that was supposed to be ready on a Saturday for a wedding. When I got there, she hadn't even started the alterations and the dress was here for 2 weeks. Second time for a cotton Maxie unlined dress that cost $50, she charged me $40 to hem. I came to pick up my dress today and she told me to never come back bc I got 2 quotes that were much cheaper locally and told her. Awful place and it smells like mothballs when you enter. I decided to try this place based on the other 5 star reviews and I'm very glad I did! I dropped off pants, a jacket, and my favorite dress that had a red sauce stain. The owner was very pleasant to chat with and said the stain was no problem! I picked up a few days later and everything was beautiful. The stain was complete gone and the jacket was ironed perfectly. It's more expensive than the standard 'chain' dry cleaners but definitely worth it for your favorite clothes. read more

Wow, I love this place!!! The owners are super nice and they take pride in their work. They are always so happy to see me when I arrive. All my clothes are perfectly pressed and/or folded, and the prices are good too! I've also had about 8 pants altered here, and of course the work is fabulous! I have been going here for years. The dry cleaning is exceptional. Yes, it's more expensive than the $2 any garment cleaner. However, the quality of the cleaning is superior. I like that they fold the arms of my shirts to ensure the sleeves stay neat. When pants are put on the hanger they are done over tissue paper. The creases are always perfect. I also notice that my pants keep their creases longer than they would at the cheap cleaner. Also, the owner and her daughter are very nice and easy going. They once told me that they would stay late if needed - I should just call them and let them know I was running late and they would stay to make sure I got my cleaning. I was skeptical of all the amazing reviews, not skeptical after I received my clothes. I had badly stained a $100 shirt and attempted to remove it myself at home in the washing machine. I was about to throw it away, but then dropped it off at this location. I am shocked that it came out looking brand-new. The woman owner is very nice will do everything you need from dry-cleaning to the alterations. As previous reviewer's mentioned, the creases on the pants last longer than other dry cleaners---Well worth the tiny extra premium over other places. read more

Normally I have had a good experience going here but be warned. If you have a skirt or a dress they will put pins through them to pin them to the hanger!!!! So frustrated. I have a very expensive skirt and was so upset to find that pins were put through it to hang. Now I have small holes in it!!! Make sure you ask for them not to do this so the same thing doesn't happen to you. read more

Wow wow wow!!!! I got a beautiful tan cashmere coat from my late dad that meant A LOT to me. It was in a closet in Florida for GD knows how long - prob hadn't been worn in 20+ years! It had spots, stains, and stuff I'd never seen on a coat before. I brought it to this cleaner specifically because they were so well reviewed. I told the lady at the counter that it was an extremely valuable item with sentimental value. She said her husband would do the work, and that he was very good at stain removal. Well, the coat came out LIKE NEW! I am amazed! Once again, the lady told me her husband was very good at his work, and HE SURE IS! A++++; I really recommend this cleaners for difficult work. This place is great!! I have been going here for years and would never go anywhere else! Yes, its not one of those 99 cent dry cleaners, but the service is far superior here. More importantly, they are great for alterations. I wear professional attire at work, but am also very petite, which used to make shopping for new work clothes a nightmare. Once I found Haddon Cleaners finding new clothes for work has gotten so much easier, because I know that if I like something I can still get it even if its too big, and for just a few dollars Choi will get it to fit perfectly.
