I've been looking for a new place to have a couple things tailored and I needed suit pants dry cleaned. thought I'd give this place a shot. NEVER again. The sewing/stitching was absolutely terrible. Not even a straight line. And they didn't even match the color of the thread!!! They used a light brown color on a baby blue shirt. And then they charged me dry cleaning on the shirt and I didn't ask for it. I only asked them to fix the stitching. When I questioned the woman at the counter she was so rude, shrugged her shoulders and handed me the bag! Nite: you pay when you drop off the items not when you pick up! My wife took my Hugo Boss suit there for dry cleaning. came back in unacceptable condition. I am so disappointed!!! Overheated garment, pulls in fabric. just a LACK of care. Other sport jacket has red subtle stains on it...and again over heated and deformed. I will NEVER allow anything to be taken there again. AWEFUL. read more

The owner is the sweetest woman on earth who always greets us with a smile and pleasant conversation. She is amazing with alterations, timely, and ALWAYS gives a great price. Cheap prices - yippee BUT LOUSY Dry Cleaners The clothes do not get cleaned. Stains after repeatedly returning garments several times are still a mess. Took my wedding gown to get altered and the experience was very positive. Cindy was helpful and friendly, very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable leaving my dress there. Once I picked my gown up, it was beautiful, the french bustle looked great and the fitting was perfect. WORST EXPERIENCE ever!!! I paid for my coat to be hemmed only! It was in perfect condition, except it was too long. The lady took it and said it was a beautiful coat. When I picked it up the fabric was worn and ruined and their was a bleach stain on it! I paid up front as they asked. When I brought it to the ladies attention she turned around and starting saying I was crazy and that she couldn't understand why I would want to hem a ruined coat! I would RUN AS FAR away from this business as possible! She is a horrible person to do this and to treat any paying customer this way. I took my wedding gown to Cindy for alterations. I recently had a baby and Cindy was understanding about needing several fittings before the wedding. I got married during prom season and I know she was busy with prom dresses but she always managed to squeeze me in for my fittings. I had straps removed, the dress taken in, a bustle added and a wedding sash sewn on. I was happy with her work and her prices.
