Small and large sized front loading washers (same sized dryers) at different costs. Free WiFi is offered according to a posted sign, but I was told the lady with the password wasn't in? WTH?? Some of the machines were out of order, but most were functional. It's a bit inconvenient to ONLY have cheap plastic chairs and ONLY folding table stations. No tables to use a laptop or whatever. One snack vending machine and NO drink machine? Pretty sad. But it is I'm a shopping plaza with a Dollar General and other stores. On the plus side, it doesn't have the hoardes of ghetto peeps from the area apartments, it's far enough away. Also, you have to obtain a laundry card from a machine and put $$ on it, doesn't look like credit cards are an option, so bring cash. Overall, not really impressed. I'll probably use Luca's Laundry in West Berlin on Rte. 30 next time.

They ruined my comforter ON TOP of The staff being incredibly rude and pushy, constantly harassing customers for tips. The begging and demanding of tips has been the last few times I've been there and it's just out of control especially with the service they want to be tipped on. Today I was told that my fiancé "hasn't tipped the last three times," which is not only untrue but completely inappropriate to say to a paying customer. Gratuity is supposed to be optional and a reflection of good service -- not something customers should be guilted or pressured into. When we do tip, it's always $20 or more, but being treated this way after years of loyalty is unacceptable. To make it even better I attached photos of how my king size Casaluna comforter was returned to me. I sent it in perfect condition just a monthly wash & they return it with blue stains all over it. AND THEY WANTED A Tip?!?! lol the staff members name was Stephany Zolnoski. This place has lost our business for good.

I came back inside 10 minutes before my laundro cleaning cycle would end as i saw many people were finishing and leaving so i had the space to sit. i walked into an older women worker with short blonde hair screaming at me about how unbelieveable i am that i left and allowed my machine flood and she had to fix it and clean up my mess. i profusely apologized and explained that i did stay to make sure and unfortunately there was no room and i felt it would be safer for me to stay in my car and she continued to degrade me and talk about me ignorantly to other customers and i never felt more humiliated in my life. i will not be coming back. extremely disappointing that a mistake that i apologized for was taken to that level. she was unpleasant the first time i came as well. very disappointing

She was the one and not the woman without the glasses who is very nice and thorough. There is also a man working with folding and now my opinion has changed. One bad apple can spoil the laundromat but remove the bad apple and then all is good again. I have resumed coming here. Thankful she is gone. Written 1/2026 Have been going here for about two months now using the drop-off service and have a couple of issues. I pay extra for detergent and fabric softener. Each assortment of clothing items are separated and placed in a tight plastic bag with a knot. My clothes are never soft and they never have a Gain scent which is strong. How can I open numerous bags every week after paying an average of $27 - $33 dollars including my usual $4+ tip and get this? I never asked for the blue stuff which I have no clue as to what that is but my brand-new underwear had a large blue blotch spot on the rear side and it's obvious she is not using anything I am paying for. The last draw was last weekend when I picked up my clothing, yet again, no scent once the bags were opened that evening and then the next two days. Once you open that bag, the Gain detergent and Gain Fabric Softener I paid for would smack you in the face. It's a strong fragrance! I am very upset because I went to get my beautiful heavy robe from Pottery Barn which is always ALWAYS soft after washing and drying it with just a dryer sheet and when I pulled it out, it didn't have any Gain scent NOR did it feel soft. It was so crispy and crinkly when I put it on and had static electricity. The woman there during the daytime is a thief and a liar. This has happened for two months and I'm done. Taking my business elsewhere and shame on them. By the way, no plastic bags although tied tight had scent in them either. STAY FAR AWAY unless you want to be treated like a fool. Now I'm off to find somewhere else to bring my usual 20-22 pounds of clothes I paid her to wash....oh, wait, it just occurred to me they might not even be washed!

After standing at the desk area waiting to be helped for 30 minutes i never saw anybody that looked to be staff or anything. I dislike places with false advertisement online just to get customers but even more i dislike places with 0 customer service. Unless you got coins and dont need help from anybody i'd stay away, place seems to be legit otherwise.

Single and double and quad size washers are cheaper. Place is very well kept up. The only real gripe is it's coin operated... they gotta get the new in-house card operated washer system or the other kind run from a phone app. $40 dollars of quarters in my pocket is a hassle.
