When I questioned the woman at the counter she was so rude, shrugged her shoulders and handed me the bag! Nite: you pay when you drop off the items not when you pick up! I was greeted quickly by a nice Korean lady who was efficient in getting my phone number registered and my items cataloged. They do their dry cleaning onsite, so they are able to have quick turnaround - I dropped my items off on a Saturday morning and they were done by Monday afternoon. My only gripe is that they are a little pricey - $20 for a skirt suit and 2 shirts, and their prices are not posted anywhere obvious. I will have to shop around for a little bit, but have no complaints about the quality of service provided here.
