You pay cash to get your laundry card for the machines. There are carts for your convenience, small high, tables for folding, and a few tables to relax and kill time. A (weird smelling) convenience store is one door down. I love that there are security cameras. I saw a few young ladies that Im sure were glad too! Having had a…read moregood experience at their Berlin location, I thought I'd try this one out since it was more convenient for where I needed to be. Unfortunately, it was a less-than-ideal experience. My existing pre-paid card wouldn't work on any of the machines. Thinking the card had malfunctioned, I decided to purchase a new one. Each card comes with a $1 fee, but to my frustration, the new card didn't work either. With no staff present, I tried calling the service number listed, only to find out you can't actually call it, only text, which can take a day or two to get a response. Not wanting to deal with that, I left and went back to the Berlin location, where my original pre-paid card worked just fine in their machines. With the inconvenience of not being able to get immediate help and the fact that the pre-paid cards didn't work for me (even after purchasing a new one), I definitely won't be returning to this location.

Some of the machines were out of order, but most were functional. It's a bit inconvenient to ONLY have cheap plastic chairs and ONLY folding table stations. No tables to use a laptop or whatever. One snack vending machine and NO drink machine? Pretty sad. But it is I'm a shopping plaza with a Dollar General and other stores. On the plus side, it doesn't have the hoardes of ghetto peeps from the area apartments, it's far enough away. Also, you have to obtain a laundry card from a machine and put $$ on it, doesn't look like credit cards are an option, so bring cash. Overall, not really impressed. I've never written a review before, but this experience honestly left me feeling disappointed…read moreenough to write one. We arrived just a few minutes before closing, mistakenly thinking this laundromat was open 24 hours because we had it confused with another location. It was an honest mistake, and we genuinely didn't realize they were about to close, especially since the lights were on and the doors were open. We apologized once we realized, but the employee was immediately dismissive and condescending towards us. I completely understand that it was almost closing time and that she wanted to get home and I take responsibility for our misunderstanding. However, there is absolutely no reason to speak to customers the way she spoke to us, especially when we've acknowledged our mistake and apologized for it. It wasn't just that she seemed annoyed about us arriving close to closing; it was the incredibly condescending way she addressed us that made the interaction so unpleasant. Her attitude came across as if treating customers this way was completely normal and acceptable. I understand not wanting people coming in right before closing, but basic courtesy and respect should still be expected. We made an honest mistake, not an intentional attempt to inconvenience anyone, and the way we were treated was completely uncalled for. This interaction had left me with a very negative impression of this establishment, and I genuinely hope other customers are treated with more respect.
