The first bonus was that instead of moving the start date back, as we were used to with contractors, JMS actually moved our start date up! The team of workers were incredible, and were the same team used to complete the project at our house. The Team worked 11 hours a day, even in the blazing heat. They were never observed to be just hanging out, but working diligently. At the end of every day, they cleaned up entirely! Either Jim or Matt were on-site daily, ensuring things were running smoothly, and checking-in about any concerns we may have had. They were also available via phone/text/email before, throughout, and after the siding and gutters were completed.
