We were referred to Dany's Construction by a neighbor who had a great experience with them, and we are so grateful that we reached out. From the very beginning, Dany's Construction gave us the confidence and guidance we needed to move forward with our insurance claim. They were present when the adjuster came out and truly acted as our advocate. They provided extensive documentation of the damage, along with detailed plans and pricing, which made what initially felt like an overwhelming process much more manageable. The entire process went extremely well. The crews were professional, respectful, and hardworking. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and confidently, and we always felt like we were in good hands. The scope of the project was extensive -- a complete new roof on our three-story early 1900s home, removal of three layers of siding, installation of new siding, and replacement of the capping and downspouts. They truly went above and beyond, and the finished product is incredible. Our house looks like a completely new home! We would absolutely use Dany's Construction again for our next construction project and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company they can trust. Thank you to the entire Dany's team for making what could have been a very stressful experience so much more manageable and for doing such a beautiful job on our home!

I was never able to get a definite time as to when they were coming. They stopped vacuuming behind the doors and the mirror in the bathroom as well as the shower stall was only cleaned half way up. I would come home after they cleaned to find lint on the bathroom rugs and stuff scattered on the hardwood floors. When I let Mike know it was like he couldn't care less. The last time he texted me at 10PM the night before they were to come and told me they were not able to make it and wanted to come two days later. I said that was fine as long as I had a definite time and he said it would not be a problem. 10 minutes after they were supposed to be there I called and he said they were on their way. an Hour and a half later they decided to show up. It is one thing that people are late and another to lie directly to me about it. If you want a clean house and good service I suggest you not use Manchester

It's smelling good and there are lots of little details like fancy folded towel, tissues, and toilet paper. I'm excited to have the start their maintenance service in two weeks. Matt wasn't a typical "sales-guy", but an owner who truly cares about customer service and satisfaction! We wanted something a little different on our home, and he was able to come up with ideas and provide visual images for his suggestions. His suggestion did not disappoint! We get compliments daily from neighbors and friends on the work! The first bonus was that instead of moving the start date back, as we were used to with contractors, JMS actually moved our start date up! They dropped the dumpster off at our home the day prior to the start of work, and actually started tearing the current siding down immediately. The team of workers were incredible, and were the same team used to complete the project at our house. The Team worked 11 hours a day, even in the blazing heat. They were never observed to be just hanging out, but working diligently. At the end of every day, they cleaned up entirely! Either Jim or Matt were on-site daily, ensuring things were running smoothly, and checking-in about any concerns we may have had. They were also available via phone/text/email before, throughout, and after the siding and gutters were completed. They chimed in on opinions when asked, and were extremely patient when we made a last minute decision about whether or not we actually wanted shutters installed. Going with JMS to have our siding and gutters installed, is a decision you will not regret! They go through every detail of their work with you ahead of time, and have excellent follow-through!
