I just had a deep cleaning done by Manchester - the ladies left about 15 minutes ago and I can tell…read moreyou that my house has never had such good attention paid. It's smelling good and there are lots of little details like fancy folded towel, tissues, and toilet paper. They were extremely thorough - they took apart my stove to clean it, moved furniture that hadn't been moved and ages, and were kind enough to place new paper towel under the toilet brush in the bathroom! I'm excited to have the start their maintenance service in two weeks. We did have a minor schedule change/miscommunication, but that's not a big deal to me as I had let them know I was available all afternoon. If you don't have flexibility, it's probably best to let them know upfront. Highly recommend!

I have been using them for 2 years and they were great then all of a sudden they stopped the great…read moreservice and everything went down hill. I was never able to get a definite time as to when they were coming. They stopped vacuuming behind the doors and the mirror in the bathroom as well as the shower stall was only cleaned half way up. I would come home after they cleaned to find lint on the bathroom rugs and stuff scattered on the hardwood floors. When I let Mike know it was like he couldn't care less. The last time he texted me at 10PM the night before they were to come and told me they were not able to make it and wanted to come two days later. I said that was fine as long as I had a definite time and he said it would not be a problem. 10 minutes after they were supposed to be there I called and he said they were on their way. an Hour and a half later they decided to show up. It is one thing that people are late and another to lie directly to me about it. If you want a clean house and good service I suggest you not use Manchester

I was under a tight time frame because we sold the house faster than we thought we would. One of the first things Braxton said when he met me, was let me help lower your stress. That is exactly what he did. He and his crew were hard-working, professional and fast - and very supportive - during this stressful time. They also came and helped with some related smaller jobs to move things to other locations. They always came on time and were ready to work as soon as they entered the door. In addition, they did this during COVID, wearing masks and keeping appropriate distances from my family. They are also licensed and insured. I wish I could give them more than five stars. They are outstanding!!!

We cannot say enough about JMS Home Remodeling! From start to finish, they were amazing. They…read morewere the 5th company we had provide us with an estimate for siding on our home, and after meeting with Matt, they were the very clear choice. Matt wasn't a typical "sales-guy", but an owner who truly cares about customer service and satisfaction! We wanted something a little different on our home, and he was able to come up with ideas and provide visual images for his suggestions. His suggestion did not disappoint! We get compliments daily from neighbors and friends on the work! The first bonus was that instead of moving the start date back, as we were used to with contractors, JMS actually moved our start date up! They dropped the dumpster off at our home the day prior to the start of work, and actually started tearing the current siding down immediately. The team of workers were incredible, and were the same team used to complete the project at our house. The Team worked 11 hours a day, even in the blazing heat. They were never observed to be just hanging out, but working diligently. At the end of every day, they cleaned up entirely! Either Jim or Matt were on-site daily, ensuring things were running smoothly, and checking-in about any concerns we may have had. They were also available via phone/text/email before, throughout, and after the siding and gutters were completed. They chimed in on opinions when asked, and were extremely patient when we made a last minute decision about whether or not we actually wanted shutters installed. Going with JMS to have our siding and gutters installed, is a decision you will not regret! They go through every detail of their work with you ahead of time, and have excellent follow-through! We are SO happy and grateful we went with JMS!! Newtown, PA
