UPDATE as of 2/9/2026 So much better! I don't see the woman with the glasses that I mentioned earlier below working over there now. She was the one and not the woman without the glasses who is very nice and thorough. There is also a man working with folding and now my opinion has changed. One bad apple can spoil the laundromat but remove the bad apple and then all is good again. I have resumed coming here. Thankful she is gone. Written 1/2026 Have been going here for about two months now using the drop-off service and have a couple of issues. I pay extra for detergent and fabric softener. Each assortment of clothing items are separated and placed in a tight plastic bag with a knot. My clothes are never soft and they never have a Gain scent which is strong. How can I open numerous bags every week after paying an average of $27 - $33 dollars including my usual $4+ tip and get this? I never asked for the blue stuff which I have no clue as to what that is but my brand-new underwear had a large blue blotch spot on the rear side and it's obvious she is not using anything I am paying for. The last draw was last weekend when I picked up my clothing, yet again, no scent once the bags were opened that evening and then the next two days. Once you open that bag, the Gain detergent and Gain Fabric Softener I paid for would smack you in the face. It's a strong fragrance! I am very upset because I went to get my beautiful heavy robe from Pottery Barn which is always ALWAYS soft after washing and drying it with just a dryer sheet and when I pulled it out, it didn't have any Gain scent NOR did it feel soft. It was so crispy and crinkly when I put it on and had static electricity. The woman there during the daytime is a thief and a liar. This has happened for two months and I'm done. Taking my business elsewhere and shame on them. By the way, no plastic bags although tied tight had scent in them either. STAY FAR AWAY unless you want to be treated like a fool. Now I'm off to find somewhere else to bring my usual 20-22 pounds of clothes I paid her to wash....oh, wait, it just occurred to me they might not even be washed! read more

I went to this place the other morning because my dryer stopped working. I was denied the use of the dryer because my clothes were not washed at the laundromat. There was only one other person there, so it wasn't like the place was busy. I guess they do so well there, they can deny people use of the machines. I guess that defeats the purpose of a laundromat. Finding a new laundromat is always a tough call, but Laundry Place made it easy. I was looking for somewhere with large-format washers/dryers to clean my sadly gray-looking futon cover before guests arrived (note: it's supposed to be white). Laundry Place has the facilities, but they also have a drop off service where they'll take care of it for you, stain removal and all. I opted for the drop off, which is a per-pound rate ($2/lb for comforters and the like), with a minimum charge of $10. Mine came out to about $17 with pick up the next day, which seemed reasonable for the time saved and size of the job. I'm happy to say the cover came out great without any shrinkage. Laundry Place is pretty conveniently located off of Quakerbridge Rd., in a small strip mall with a Wawa. The sign for the store itself says "Laundromat," and the place is pretty clean and neat. For drop off/pick up service, just go to the tables in the back where one of the staff is waiting. If you're interested in doing this kind of job yourself, I think the per-load rate for the larger machines is $4.50. They also have free pick up and delivery, but pick up is on Mondays and Thursdays so it might be faster just to show up at the shop. read more

I just got refused service for wanting to dry my comforter there. 15+ EMPTY dryers. 20+ empty washers. 2 other customers. 8:30am weekday. She said their policy was that I had to wash there in order to use their dryers. I could understand it if the place was busy and they wanting the dryers for their washing customers. But c'mon. It's 1 item. 1 dryer. Obviously almost dry already (I needed to fluff it after washing and air drying at home.) I used to use this place when my washer or dryer would die at home to hold me over until the new one came in. Based on this policy, I wouldn't be able to do that now. I also used to use this place after family vacations to crank out the laundry in a morning. I won't do that anymore. I'll just drive down the road to the one who runs their Laundromat like a normal Laundromat. The ironic thing is that the woman who used to work there is the person who showed me how to use the dryer properly to dry a comforter so the filling doesn't bunch. read more

The wash and fold service is A-1. I was put onto this place by an acquaintance, and I am ever grateful for the recommendation. Their $1 per lb for wash and fold and 24 hour turn around is fantastic in my book. They even have a rewards program that allows you to automatically get $5 off every time you accumulate so many points. I have taken advantage of that on at least a few occasions now. I am a regular, dropping off clothes once a week or biweekly. The staff know how I like my laundry - they don't even have to ask. Always professional and courteous. Love this place. I dropped off 43 pounds of laundry for the Wash-Dry-Fold service on November 29 with pickup on November 30. Upon arrival I noticed that the facilities were clean, neat and organized. The staff member that greeted me was kind and professional and told me that I could pickup my completed order in 24 hours. 24 hours later the above mentioned order was not only ready but double bagged and again I was greeted with a kind friendly professional staff member who seemed surprised when I Thanked her for the great service. I was equally pleased when I got my laundry home and discovered that ALL my laundry smelled clean and was beyond neatly folded in a way that I'm not accustomed to....can you say beyond pleased? I was looking for a laundromat that offered the same services as my prior place. This place is clean, has newer machines, Adequate seating, TV and WIFI. Love that WAWA is near so I can grab a quick breakfast since I go early in the morning. My only complaint is sometimes when I come in the morning-usually on opening- they are using many of the smaller machines and/or dryers for their drop off service. Love this place. Its clean from front to back, and the machines allow you to swipe your bank/credit card. The front load high efficiency machines are only $2.50. Larger ones $4.50. The only downside is that 25 cents on the dryer gives you only 7 minutes. Bonus: very good pizza and Wawa in same complex. read more

This place is great. Inexpensive, clean, TV and vending machines, and it's in a shopping center with a great pizzeria and more while you wait. The machines take coins or credit cards. No fiddling around with another card to put credit onto in order to use the machine, just swipe your credit card at the machine. I was able to do three loads of laundry for under $20. Only complaints are that the place is a little cramped, and very crowded in the late afternoon. They also close fairly early, which can be a inconvenience for some. I didn't inquire about their other services but after glancing at the back room, it looks like they take a lot of orders, so they're probably making someone happy. read more

I frequent this place for my laundry and they do a good job. Every time I go in to drop my load off, I've been fortunate to have an attending there. This time I dropped it off when the person went on a break and was scheduled to come back at 5:30pm. I arrived around 5:20pm so I decided to wait. Susan is incredibly nice, helpful and her service is excellent. They came and picked up my tablecloths on Friday and were delivered by 8:30am on Monday morning to my office. Everything was folded neatly. She even did an extra clean on my items that were extra dirty. (Tablecloths). Everything was separated out, bagged, and most importantly- looks great. Absolutely fantastic. I needed a large amount of laundry done in a short period of time. I dropped off 73 pounds of laundry at Laundry Place and it was hand delivered to my door less than 24 hours later. It could not have been easier and they couldn't have been nicer. Fabulous wash-and-fold just up the road from the Quakerbridge mall. My Crate & Barrel slipcovers (Willow model) came out beautifully and did not shrink - they dry with sensitivity on low speed. I asked them to use a detergent booster and they did so - it made the upholstery nice and bright. I hauled in close to 70 lbs (yes, 70 pounds) of slipcovers - sofa cover, seat cushions, back cushions, pillows, a chair-and-a-half slipcover also with seat and back covers and an oversized ottoman cover. The cost for this (with tip) was something over $70 - a real bargain. The machines are huge, brand new, not smelly and the place is absolutely spotless. There are vending machines for sodas. You can use cash or credit card - everything is automated and completely modern. As a nice bonus it's in a shopping center complete with a tasty pizza place and a Wawa with fine coffee - so if you're doing the laundry yourself you won't lack for anything. read more
