Recently they lost my favorite black jeans which don't look like jeans, so I'm able to wear them to the office looking professional while being comfortable. I know I'll never see those jeans again. Two young ladies jabber at each other. One actually seems like she cares, the other one not so much. The one who does, takes me to the back where's there's a long rack of orphaned clothes. Maybe she feels sorry for the customers who have their items lost (or stolen?) daily - knowing they never get any customer service and no compensation. I'm told I need a receipt. Why, I ask because the receipt days no more than what you have in you system, a phone number and number of pieces. Maybe she sees the logic and takes my number. Not that's she's going to look. She's leaving it on a desk, probably pile high with other names and numbers. (Hubby already did this the day before with the morning crew.) They keep the phone off the hook. I tell hubby you have to write down the pieces. But what's the point? They're system is to just count the pieces and give you the same number back. There's none of the old system of handwriting 3 white dress shirts, 1 pair of slacks, 2 dresses, etc. And once your stuff is gone, its gone and this business doesn't care. So that's what this customer is going to do - be gone. There's a competitor cleaners nearby I'll give a chance at my business.

She was the one and not the woman without the glasses who is very nice and thorough. There is also a man working with folding and now my opinion has changed. One bad apple can spoil the laundromat but remove the bad apple and then all is good again. I have resumed coming here. Thankful she is gone. Written 1/2026 Have been going here for about two months now using the drop-off service and have a couple of issues. I pay extra for detergent and fabric softener. Each assortment of clothing items are separated and placed in a tight plastic bag with a knot. My clothes are never soft and they never have a Gain scent which is strong. How can I open numerous bags every week after paying an average of $27 - $33 dollars including my usual $4+ tip and get this? I never asked for the blue stuff which I have no clue as to what that is but my brand-new underwear had a large blue blotch spot on the rear side and it's obvious she is not using anything I am paying for. The last draw was last weekend when I picked up my clothing, yet again, no scent once the bags were opened that evening and then the next two days. Once you open that bag, the Gain detergent and Gain Fabric Softener I paid for would smack you in the face. It's a strong fragrance! I am very upset because I went to get my beautiful heavy robe from Pottery Barn which is always ALWAYS soft after washing and drying it with just a dryer sheet and when I pulled it out, it didn't have any Gain scent NOR did it feel soft. It was so crispy and crinkly when I put it on and had static electricity. The woman there during the daytime is a thief and a liar. This has happened for two months and I'm done. Taking my business elsewhere and shame on them. By the way, no plastic bags although tied tight had scent in them either. STAY FAR AWAY unless you want to be treated like a fool. Now I'm off to find somewhere else to bring my usual 20-22 pounds of clothes I paid her to wash....oh, wait, it just occurred to me they might not even be washed!

I waited at home because I didn't have pants for work, but the delivery only just arrived. (10am) Now, as I go through my clothes, I've found items that don't belong to me mixed in with my laundry, and the blue Pottery Barn pillowcases I had dry cleaned have turned grey. While they offered a credit for the laundry service (not dry-cleaning), which I appreciate, it's not enough to make me return or recommend them.
