The 1st time I went expecting a bunch of drunk people doing whatever and that was not the case at all. Everyone was busy doing laundry. Not a bad start. It's super clean, and there is an attendant 24 x 7. I was there for 4 long hours. It took me so long to dry, their machines do not take coins which I did not like. I'm not fond of the card system. I like to have more control of my money and how much I spend. If I don't use all the money on card I can lose the rest of it if I never return and it goes to establishment and I won't be returning not because of the cards, but because of the 14 times I had to add money to my dryers because my clothes were not drying! I ended up spending 3 times more money at this place and I had zero drinks! Not fair. Call me old school but these new fancy places are ok, but I just want to wash, dry and get out. If you come prepared, with your soap, softener, bleach and a hanger or two then you have it all. You don't need the attendant or 75 machines that fill up the room with the higher laundry fees per load. So, I'm going to be honest, I usually spend tops $25 for two people's laundry every other week and this place cost me $42.00. That's all I got to say.

It's very big with at least 50 washers and more dryers. Very clean, but the prices were higher than most. I ended up paying $45.00 for same amount of cloths that usually costs me $25. It's not a coin operation, so you need a laundry card instead, which you can buy there. coin machines were available. The dryers only go 5 minutes at a time. I thought it was a pain in the butt to keep adding time to the dryers. They had a candy machine that was completely empty, soda machine, games you can play. They have, bleach, fabric softener, and soap for a price. Plenty of folding tables, wheel chair accessible, kid friendly and plenty of parking. They are open 24x7. My order was picked up last Thursday and scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, but it never arrived. When I followed up, I was assured it would be delivered "first thing" this morning. I waited at home because I didn't have pants for work, but the delivery only just arrived. (10am) Now, as I go through my clothes, I've found items that don't belong to me mixed in with my laundry, and the blue Pottery Barn pillowcases I had dry cleaned have turned grey. While they offered a credit for the laundry service (not dry-cleaning), which I appreciate, it's not enough to make me return or recommend them.

Written 1/2026 Have been going here for about two months now using the drop-off service and have a couple of issues. I pay extra for detergent and fabric softener. Each assortment of clothing items are separated and placed in a tight plastic bag with a knot. My clothes are never soft and they never have a Gain scent which is strong. How can I open numerous bags every week after paying an average of $27 - $33 dollars including my usual $4+ tip and get this? I never asked for the blue stuff which I have no clue as to what that is but my brand-new underwear had a large blue blotch spot on the rear side and it's obvious she is not using anything I am paying for. The last draw was last weekend when I picked up my clothing, yet again, no scent once the bags were opened that evening and then the next two days. Once you open that bag, the Gain detergent and Gain Fabric Softener I paid for would smack you in the face. It's a strong fragrance! I am very upset because I went to get my beautiful heavy robe from Pottery Barn which is always ALWAYS soft after washing and drying it with just a dryer sheet and when I pulled it out, it didn't have any Gain scent NOR did it feel soft. It was so crispy and crinkly when I put it on and had static electricity. The woman there during the daytime is a thief and a liar. This has happened for two months and I'm done. Taking my business elsewhere and shame on them. By the way, no plastic bags although tied tight had scent in them either. STAY FAR AWAY unless you want to be treated like a fool. Now I'm off to find somewhere else to bring my usual 20-22 pounds of clothes I paid her to wash....oh, wait, it just occurred to me they might not even be washed!
