There's a vending machine for laundry supplies as well as one for snacks. A clean restroom is also a huge plus. Conveniently located right next to a 7-eleven. Kudos to the owners of Kay's Laundromat.

Today I visited the best laundromat near me in Browns Mills. I have a washer and dryer at home, but…read moreI don't like to use them to wash my shoes. At this point I've tried basically all the laundromats near 08015 and what I've found is that in general they're dim, dirty and require me to have completely unwrinkled small denomination bills (unless I plan to fight with the change dispenser for 10 mins) - or in the case of Elly's Premium Laundry around the corner, have the machine just keep it! The difference from the others is obvious from the parking lot - it's spotlessly clean, bright and looks like it might have been built in 2030. I drive a tesla so it's common for me to not even carry a wallet, my phone acts as both a key and with apple pay, a convenient payment method. Being able to walk in, tap the reader and get a card is about as frictionless as it gets. Not having to mess with unwrinkling a bill and fighting with a change machine should be enough to earn a five star experience on its own, but it gets better. They actually have washers capable of doing the whole load in one machine - hands down the best laundromat experience I've ever had - BUT that's not even my favorite part, while I could have easily used the free wifi and waited in their lounge, I just walked next door to 7/11, grabbed some snacks and enjoyed them in the gazebo, so my day had zero downtime. Highly recommend it to anyone around McGuire AFB, Fort Dix, or Deborah Heart and Lung Center looking for a quality laundromat!

UPDATE as of 2/9/2026…read more So much better! I don't see the woman with the glasses that I mentioned earlier below working over there now. She was the one and not the woman without the glasses who is very nice and thorough. There is also a man working with folding and now my opinion has changed. One bad apple can spoil the laundromat but remove the bad apple and then all is good again. I have resumed coming here. Thankful she is gone. Written 1/2026 Have been going here for about two months now using the drop-off service and have a couple of issues. I pay extra for detergent and fabric softener. Each assortment of clothing items are separated and placed in a tight plastic bag with a knot. My clothes are never soft and they never have a Gain scent which is strong. How can I open numerous bags every week after paying an average of $27 - $33 dollars including my usual $4+ tip and get this? I never asked for the blue stuff which I have no clue as to what that is but my brand-new underwear had a large blue blotch spot on the rear side and it's obvious she is not using anything I am paying for. The last draw was last weekend when I picked up my clothing, yet again, no scent once the bags were opened that evening and then the next two days. Once you open that bag, the Gain detergent and Gain Fabric Softener I paid for would smack you in the face. It's a strong fragrance! I am very upset because I went to get my beautiful heavy robe from Pottery Barn which is always ALWAYS soft after washing and drying it with just a dryer sheet and when I pulled it out, it didn't have any Gain scent NOR did it feel soft. It was so crispy and crinkly when I put it on and had static electricity. The woman there during the daytime is a thief and a liar. This has happened for two months and I'm done. Taking my business elsewhere and shame on them. By the way, no plastic bags although tied tight had scent in them either. STAY FAR AWAY unless you want to be treated like a fool. Now I'm off to find somewhere else to bring my usual 20-22 pounds of clothes I paid her to wash....oh, wait, it just occurred to me they might not even be washed!

A special shoutout to Miss Toni on the day shift. She is one of the nicest people you will meet--always kind, helpful, and welcoming. She keeps the place looking immaculate, and it really shows. Whenever I drop my clothes off for wash and fold, Miss Toni does a phenomenal job--honestly better than I would do at home. My clothes always come back looking like they were pressed and ironed. That's how good she is. Great customer service and a great environment. I definitely recommend this laundromat!

Smells In here. Second time here. DONT think I'll be back because of SMELL. FUNKY sewer like smell…read moretowards back right side of laundromat by change machine. Large washers n dryers. Kinda expensive this. Washers always charge higher than what it says on machine, not sure why, like 50cent more. Washer said 11.79 but charges 12 n change. Same for one that said 8.79, charges more, not sure why. Took 35 min to dry jeans, so like $1.50/ load. Their staff take up back table folding wash n fold orders, should be available for customers. One older lady sat down to fold her laundry because of that. The staff is constantly cleaning dryer vents n wiping down machines n sweeping. . Some people coming in and out and hanging around location make you worry n watch your belongings. I love that this location is spacious n open, don't have to worry about being too close to other people. But odor, so I'll find somewhere else to wash this persons clothes.
