When I questioned the woman at the counter she was so rude, shrugged her shoulders and handed me the bag! Nite: you pay when you drop off the items not when you pick up! Seamstress services are ok; I've experienced better (obviously if other seamstresses haven't lost my clothing). Cleaning services were always good. Suits were always pressed nicely and black clothing that ended up with my orange cat's fur all over it was returned to me without any evidence that an orange furball used my clothing as a bed.
