Fast forward to 4 days later-- I FINALLY got a chance to get the dress there and at this point I figured the stains well set-in and doubted they could fix it. They're located right across the street from Patco's Lindenwold station at the end of the Kennedy Services strip mall. They do offer same day service with the promise of drop clothes off by 9am, and ready by 4pm. Being directly across from a train station, it does sometimes get busy during the morning or evening rush hours, but they seem to always keep the line moving. Cash only as some other reviewers have mentioned, and there is an ATM inside. It's $1.99 per piece of clothing, it used to be cheaper years ago, but I'm not complaining, $2 is still cheap to me! Over the years there's been a few different managers/owners, but service has always remained the same. I only take my dress slacks here, as who want to be bothered with ironing(?), and they always do a great job. I recently had a pair of pants that somehow got specks of yellow paint on them during the dry cleaning process. I brought them back here & they gladly cleaned them 2x more and was able to successfully get the paint off. They also said that if all the paint didn't come out after the 2nd cleaning, I could have put in a claim and get reimbursed for the cost of the pants. Luckily I didn't need to do that, but nice to know they would. Overall a great place, and I will continue to use their services!

He handed me a different dress. i said that is not my dress, its actually my daughters'. I asked if she picked up the order for the ticket I actually handed him. He was so rude & said no other items on this acct and walked away without even looking at acct history to help me. I then went to my car & called my daughter to check if she picked my dress when she dropped hers off. She said no & had used her telephone number not mine for her order. I then went back in and told him my dress was still here because she did not pick it up & to please check again because there has been a mistake. He then said "come around here & look at my monitor" to see no other dress on my account. I asked the owner to please check again, but using my daughter's number. Again, very rude & kept insisting no other dress there. I asked for him again to check her number not mine. He did, and puff, my dress is on her account for whatever reason when I had a ticket for it with a different number! He clearly confused our accounts. Not a big deal in any other circumstance, but he made it a huge deal! He assumed I was wrong & wouldn't take any responsibility when he was at fault. I said a simple sorry and apology goes a long way, but not from this man. He was so hostile & rude. Never again!

When I questioned the woman at the counter she was so rude, shrugged her shoulders and handed me the bag! Nite: you pay when you drop off the items not when you pick up!
