The sewing/stitching was absolutely terrible. Not even a straight line. And they didn't even match the color of the thread!!! They used a light brown color on a baby blue shirt. And then they charged me dry cleaning on the shirt and I didn't ask for it. I only asked them to fix the stitching. When I questioned the woman at the counter she was so rude, shrugged her shoulders and handed me the bag! Nite: you pay when you drop off the items not when you pick up! Good luck getting a refund from them on their mistakes!

I unfortunately did not see the covid hours sign (printed on a piece of paper taped to the window) until I returned when they were closed. I was annoyed because my receipt said the clothes would be ready at 5pm a week from the day I left them, and under that, the hours listed showed that they were open until 7pm. I wish they would have been more clear so I didn't have to waste my time driving there only to go home and come back another day. They should update their hours if they're closing early and not tell you your clothes will be ready for pick up at the time they close.

I felt there was enough space between people. I used the larger of the washing machines. Not the extra large running at $5/wash. I used the large front load at $2.75/wash and one smaller top load for whites at $2.75/wash. The machines are old and outdated. They could definitely use an update at this point. The dryers run at one full wall of old dryers 0.25c/6 minutes and the back wall at 0.25c/7 minutes. The back wall seemed the newer of the dryers but they need upgrading. I had to put several loads on for additional drying time about 14-21 minutes because the dryers weren't drying. In the end I still had to go home with some damp clothing as I got tired of dropping in more and more money and the clothes just weren't drying well enough. My son noticed his underwear still damp. Such a small piece of clothing and with the amount charged I expected a better experience. Needless to say I may just have to make the trip to my old drying spot in Camden at Liberty Laundromat until my laundry room is up and running. In all I spent about $45-$50.

They ruined my comforter ON TOP of The staff being incredibly rude and pushy, constantly harassing customers for tips. The begging and demanding of tips has been the last few times I've been there and it's just out of control especially with the service they want to be tipped on. Today I was told that my fiancé "hasn't tipped the last three times," which is not only untrue but completely inappropriate to say to a paying customer. Gratuity is supposed to be optional and a reflection of good service -- not something customers should be guilted or pressured into. When we do tip, it's always $20 or more, but being treated this way after years of loyalty is unacceptable. To make it even better I attached photos of how my king size Casaluna comforter was returned to me. I sent it in perfect condition just a monthly wash & they return it with blue stains all over it. AND THEY WANTED A Tip?!?! lol the staff members name was Stephany Zolnoski. This place has lost our business for good.
