Go to free love for the experience! They treat you like a queen and it feels even more special than what you see on TV, (i.e. Say Yes to the Dress). They were very understanding and helpful. They give you space to hang out and chat with your group after the appointment so that you can decompress and discuss dress options which was so needed for me! If you end up bringing someone with you to any bridal shop, this is the one to do it at! Oh, and of course they're dresses were beautiful!!!! read more

Brides beware!! This lady is a Scam artist!!!! I brought my wedding dress here almost two months prior to my wedding for alterations... I was to pick it up a week before my wedding date. During the fitting, Antonia kept making negative remarks about me wanting to remove the long train from my gown... I told her I was not interested in a bustle since it was a silk dress... After going back-and-forth multiple times, she agreed to remove the train... On my final fitting one week before my wedding I come in and Antonia has not even touched the dress.. it is still two sizes too big the shoulder sleeves were still 3 inches too long and the long train was still very much attached... when I expressed my disappointment, she told me I must have lost 20 or 30 pounds (I'm 125 lbs) I would be almost non existent if I lost that much weight.. she told me that she is going to have to charge me extra to fix the dress, on top of the $500 she was already charging me! She refused to take any accountability and refused to lower the price at all. Then I rejected her offer to fix the dress and took it elsewhere where the next seamstress confirmed Antonia had never cut into any part of the dress. Antonia also made it known that there were several brides that had weddings the same weekend that also must've "lost a ton of weight".. I am sure we all can see what the common denominator here is. When my daughter's original wedding gown bought oversees was unalterable, Antonia lovingly and sternly calmed my daughter's anxiety and found her the PERFECT dress. The alterations of the wedding gown, my mother-of-the-bride gown and my other daughter's bridesmaid's' gown, plus one other bridesmaid's last-minute tricky alteration were flawless. DO NOT GO HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR! I had the absolute worst experience of my life here! As an African American woman, I can honestly say I have never felt racism or prejudice in my life until stepping foot in this bridal shop and being treated in such a rude and unprofessional manner that it left me in tears. I've never written a bad review, or any review actually, but after my treatment at this business and seeing similar reviews of people of color on numerous websites, I felt I had to leave my own. I visited this bridal shop shortly after getting engaged in July of 2017. Arrived to my appointment with two of my bridesmaids and waited a few minutes to be greeted. The shop was cluttered and very hot with no ventilation I could see besides a fan in the dressing room. Eventually a woman, who I assume was Antonia (she never introduced herself), appeared from the back of the shop. She literally stopped in her tracks upon seeing us and asked very curtly what we were doing there. I informed her that we had spoken on the phone and I was there for my appointment. Very next words out of her mouth was her telling us not to be offended if she stands a distance away from us because she has a sensitive nose. I informed her I was not wearing any perfume or scented lotion so there shouldn't be any problem. I told her I wanted a ball gown wedding dress with a tight-fitting top. She literally grabbed the dress closest to her (in spite of it not being the style I said I wanted) and tried to usher me into her dressing room. I asked to pick a few so I'm not getting dressed and undressed repeatedly. She very reluctantly allowed me to pick a handful of dresses. I tried on the first dress. When I explained to her what I didn't like about that dress and that I was looking for a more modest gown within my budget, she left the room and brought back a long sleeve high neck lace dress that was so old the lace looked a dingy yellow color. I kindly told her I did not want to try on that dress as it is not the style I was looking for and she continued to take it out of the bag and show it to me as if she was going to force me to try it on. At the same time, one of my bridesmaids brought up a beautiful ball gown style dress she had picked out for me. Antonia then proceeded to yell at my bridesmaid saying she got this dress from a section that was off limits and she shouldn't have done that. Even though my friend apologized, Antonia continued to rant and yell at her for at least a minute and at the end told us to get out of her shop. I stood there in my bra and panties absolutely speechless. She repeatedly told us to get out as I quickly dressed and we left completely dumbfounded. This all transpired in about 10 minutes between the time Antonia came into the room and we left. Immediately afterwards I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, making excuses for her behavior, but there is absolutely NO reason to treat a customer this way. Upon reflection and discussion with others, there was no other explanation for Antonia's behavior besides racism. I would not wish an experience like this on my worst enemy. After leaving there I went directly to my appointment at Bridals by Cyndi, where I was treated like royalty and got the dress of my dreams! Skip Antonia and go to Cyndi! If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was my first ever visit to try on wedding dresses, and I left this shop thinking I could never find a dress. The first question the woman asked was my budget, and I was told that they didn't carry much under $1500 and anything less would look cheap. I asked if I could still try dresses on since I was having my mom and best friend meet me, and I didn't want it to be a wasted trip for them. I was RELUCTANTLY given 2 dresses to try. When I didn't like the dresses, the woman's response was, "well, I'm not telling you to lose weight, but...." (I am a size 8-10 in normal dresses) I wish this wasn't my first experience, but have since had wonderful experiences in other shops! read more

Antonia is great!! Shes very experienced, very sweet, and has great availability. I feel extremely comfortable always knowing things are in Antonias hands/control from the phone calls, appointments, register, and fittings. I am so thankful I found her. She saved the beautiful lace train that I sadly expected I would lose from being too short. She also gave me great advice with accessories from shoes, jewelry, and undergarments.
