I read all the reviews online and decided it was worth a shot. I was nervous because I have a totally custom, beaded lace Justin Alexander gown and it was ordered when I was in my best shape. Then I had a baby. With my *destination wedding* only 3 weeks away and needing all kinds of changes made to my gown, it was a tall order. I made an appointment, Yeon pinned me and made note of all my requests (including having a piece of my mother's gown sewn into the lining of mine, and adding a custom embroidered monogram dress label) - a complicated alteration since it needed to be delicately treated in order to not disturb the pattern of the lace and beading - and still make it fit like a glove. I left that appointment feeling sad about the way my dress looked and unsure that Yeon would be able to make it look good on me again. When I went for my fitting just a couple days ago, I was floored. All the things I thought would be too difficult to do, were done to perfection. The dress and patterns didn't look the least bit disturbed - everything laid flat against my body with no drooping, sagging, or tenting, and she gave me a waistline and a curvy silhouette. She also added a 9-hook French bustle that is absolutely perfect. She is quick, pleasant, expertly skilled, AND very reasonably priced - all in all I spent just over 10% of what the dress boutique wanted to charge me! I would absolutely recommend Yeon and Fashion Stitch to ANYONE looking for expert alterations.

She's so nasty and rude and it's ridiculous. My dress was supposed to be hemmed in the front ONLY, but the seamstress cut the entire train off of my dress. My dress was messed up not once but TWICE. I called the owner explaining to her that I shouldnt be responsible for the remaining balance of $130 because of the horrible customer service and my dress being messed up several times. This small boutique is not the way to go because it will just cause you stress in the end.

However she put the order for the gown in as a size 2. When we picked the dress up, it was way too big and we saw it was a 2 and she told us "That's all the smallest size it came in" but my daughter quickly found online that it did indeed come in a size 0. Oversizing meant an additional $400+ in alterations to a seamstress that works with Cyndi. She was not apologetic about ordering the dress two sizes too big. The dress itself was beautiful.

The dress was returned unfinished and uneven at the bottom, despite us paying for the work to be completed properly. We were also told the dress would be ready, only to have last-minute issues come up and multiple trips wasted trying to get this resolved. To make matters worse, the contact information on the receipt was incorrect, making communication even harder. When we tried to calmly work out a solution due to our work schedules and the inconvenience already caused, the response we received was unprofessional and dismissive instead of customer-focused. At the end of the day, this was a $300 dress for an important event for our daughter, and we expected much better quality, communication, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience caused unnecessary stress right before her dinner dance. I would not recommend based on our experience.

The first time, I tried on a blue prom dress. After about an hour, I decided that I didn't want to buy the dress. The sales associates had no problem with that and continued being kind to me and trying to help me find a dress. I came here a second time about two days ago to buy a last minute prom dress. I ended up purchasing a red ballgown from here and I am so happy that I did! What I like most about this place is the kind staff, the atmosphere, and the private dressing rooms (their dressing rooms have doors that lock and not just flimsy curtains like most boutiques). I definitely felt welcomed when shopping here. I have to admit, I'm kind of bummed that it's my senior prom because I wish I could shop here for prom again! I wish I knew about this place sooner.
