Working with Natalie was an absolute dream!! I showed up with my mom, MIL & best friend/MOH, so it was already overwhelming! Natalie had the most contagious energy and got me so psyched to try on dresses, especially since it was my first time trying on dresses. I tried on about 6-8 dresses and really liked them all but didn't have "that moment" everyone talks about when trying in dresses. I went to another store and had a nightmare experience but really liked a style I didn't try on at Bridal Garden. This is where I chose my W dress :) Out of all the shops I visited, throughout different states, Natalie was the best Bridal Consultant! She is not only very kind and welcoming (not pushy regarding sales & I came alone it but it was almost like I came with a friend) but could also understand clients' taste & vision to recommend options accordingly. Bridal Garden had unique styles and was true to having what they showed online. They have an in house tailoring service and Natalie was so knowledgeable of the extensive alterations they could provide compared to other locations. She would also pin perfect to replicate alteration options or make everything fit just right, anything to make sure you can envision the dress like it's your day of. At Bridal Garden you are not allowed to look through their showroom of wedding dresses. So basically, wedding dress shopping here entails standing in an empty room while trying to explain what style you like to a sales person. Incase you are wondering, it's really hard to know what you like if you can't see anything. There's not much else to say because I really didn't have any sort of 'experience' here. I'm giving one extra star because they had dresses out for a trunk show. I was able to look through those, and the woman helped me was extremely sweet and consultative. But if there is no trunk show going on then there will be no dresses for you to look through- so just be aware! If you want to go wedding dress shopping and actually enjoying looking through wedding dresses to figure out what style you like (after all, it is a pretty big purchase) than I suggest heading elsewhere to do it. read more

Wow. Annie was a true magician! I have never envisioned my wedding dress and came in with a few ideas of what I liked but was really nervous. She put me in a variety of dresses so I could understand shapes, fabrics, styles but ALWAYS kept to my budget and preferences. I purchased my Bridal Gown from Bridal Garden back in June of 2021 and it was hands down the best experience I had trying on dresses and I went to around 4 other locations (I know, I know)! The woman who helped us was Laura and she was incredibly attentive and just kept bringing in dress after dress for me to try on. She made the whole experience so pleasant! I was a little indecisive and asked to try on a few dresses a number of times. I never felt rushed, pressured, or like I was taking up too much of her time. She did a wonderful job clipping dresses as well so I could really get a sense for what they would look like on me. As someone who is larger than the sample size, this was wonderful! I did not feel rushed at all, and after our first set of gowns didn't really work, Kye listened to what I liked and didn't like and pulled MORE for me to try on! I felt she really took into account what I said I wanted and helped me to find the perfect dress. I'm so excited and so thrilled with my experience here! I noticed other reviewers said they don't let you walk around in their samples...I've found that this is true for many boutique bridal salons, so I was not surprised or put off by this. I had the absolute best time working with Natalie to find my wedding dress at Bridal Garden I came to the boutique having tried on gowns earlier that day at another store, and the experience at Bridal Garden was truly incomparable. I showed Natalie my wedding gown Pinterest board and described my venue, and she pulled a variety of dresses that looked exactly like what I had pinned (some of the images were pulled right from their website), as well as a few others that had similar elements, but were unlike anything I'd seen yet. As the story almost always goes when you work with a stylist who really knows what they're doing, I ended up getting a gown that was different from what I came in expecting, but still somehow perfectly incorporated all of the elements I was looking for. Natalie was so incredibly skilled at making sure that the appointment was the perfect combination of fun and productive, and it's clear that she's an expert when it comes to striking the delicate balance between sharing her professional opinion and listening to a client's feelings. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt completely welcomed and comfortable, and immediately knew I was in good hands. Even when I knew that the gown I had chosen was the one I would go with, she didn't pressure me to make the decision on the spot. She spent so much time with my mom and I, that we went over our appointment time a little bit and she just kept on going. There were a ton of options presented to me. I never felt pressured, rushed, or dismissed. She came from a place of "yes" and we love that! There was only one tiny detail that kept me from giving this place 5 stars. When I put on my bridal robe, it had a brown stain square across the left side of my chest. Kind of gross, maybe time for some new ones? Other than that, we'll worth the visit! I went here on the recommendation of a friend. Our consultant, Iryna, seemed to lose interest in gaining any kind of sale once she found out my budget, which apparently was too low for her to treat me with common respect. She came off as dismissive and uninterested, and my friend caught her rolling her eyes at her and me as I was trying on dresses. The fact is, I could have exceeded my set dress budget if I found a dress I truly fell in love with...but even had that happened, I don't think I would have bought it here, because I felt like my friend and I had been treated poorly. She not only lost a wedding dress sale, but bridesmaid dresses as well. I liked what I saw there, but after being treated that way, I will not buy anything there, and I will not recommend this place to anyone else. read more

Bridal Garden seems to be very hit or miss and unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I came here only for bridesmaids dresses and my initial consolation with Kye went great. I explained that many of my girls were not local and would need to call in their measurements. I was assured that this was not a problem but when my girls would call in they were told that only the original consolation, Kye, could take their measurements. Unfortunately, she never seemed to be available and would not return calls. We set a deadline for everyone to have the dresses ordered by and the difficult ordering process caused a lot of stress to make sure the dresses were ordered in time. In addition, one of my bridesmaids was recently pregnant and to be about 8 months pregnant at the time of the wedding. She was looking for guidance for what size to order and Kye was not very helpful - I find it hard to believe that they have never dealt with this situation before. Not only was she not very helpful but she actually told another bridesmaid that she was pregnant -- after explicitly stating that no one else knew and to not say anything!! The dresses were ordered on time and the delivery date was supposed to be June 1st. Well, June 1st came and went and we never received any update from the store. I could not get a return phone call from Kye and eventually the manager Donna returned my call. She explained that the delivery date was actually June 15th. Fortunately, not an issue since my wedding still wasn't for two months but frustrating that it wasn't properly communicated at the beginning and stressful for trying to track down the dresses and not being able to receive a timely return phone call. I would not recommend this store. read more

Buying your wedding dress is a scary experience.. I wore several dresses before as a bridal model and have attended weddings so much that I didn't care too much for a wedding anymore. When I came to bridal garden I thought I knew what I wanted in a dress. But, trying them on, I realized I didn't. It wasn't until Donna pulled a dress I never would have known about and had me try it on. She was very patient with me as I had this pivotal moment (about 15 dresses later). She even arranged her schedule around for me to come in and try on the dress again at a later date. Having that support really helps & I would recommend Bridal Garden to my friends! read more

I would not recommend bridal garden. I would say, more specifically, f you do get your gown here - get it altered elsewhere. Kye was great in helping pick out a dress. She kept my bridal party in check and found a dress for me I felt absolutely beautiful in and couldn't wait to wear it. Unfortunately, I never did. I had my first fitting with Patricia and it was only 5 minutes long. She cut the fabric off of the bottom of the dress right in front of me, and didn't pin anything but the shoulders. She told me she would take the chest in and just grabbed at the fabric. I kept complaining about how low the neckline was and I was told it would be fixed by shortening the straps. No problem. Unfortunately, my 2nd fitting came and the neckline was still low and the only thing shortening the straps did was make my back too tight to the point that it was squeezing my back painfully and I had serious back fat rolls from it. Patricia's response was to go to the gym and get a spray tan. Not kidding. She even got on the edge of the bench and started showing me triceps dips and exercises I should do. Horrified to the point I was speechless and left thinking that with TWO WEEKS left til my wedding this is all I am left with. I also complained about the fabric bunching at the hips. She told me it was from my butt being big. Mind you the smaller size sample didn't have that issue and I have had multiple seamstresses share their opinion that it was created by making the back too tight. She told me she could try to cut some fabric out. Never pinned anything and never made a 3rd fitting appointment. I was just supposed to pick it up the day before my wedding. Now I'll have you know, they have you sign a bunch of paperwork saying your okay with the dress. My advice is to not sign anything until the work is done. When you are in the moment and you have people saying what YOU feel is not right and invalidating it and parading around you telling how perfect the dress is and how it was made for you, you really start to question if your feelings and worries are valid at all. Believe me. Don't sign anything. I called upset after comparing this dress to what I tried on and sent pictures and I was told that the neckline was supposed to be like that (which, no it is not...look at the designer website and it is listed as a high neck line) and that when you're short and get a fit and flare, all the flare will be lost when it's hemmed - which if you are NOT in the bridal industry how are customers supposed to know that? I thought gee, they must taper in the legs atleast to make it back into a fit and flare. Not once was that explained to me. And also have discovered when you try on dresses you're supposed to stand on the edge of the platform to see how it truly hangs when it's hemmed, again not explained to me. Alas I was told nothing they could do because I signed some paperwork. They got their sale, and don't care to attempt to make it right or ensure the customer is fully happy. Never was offered to come back in and go over my concerns. Instead, I was left crying the next day to another local bridal shop and came in that night and was treated to what a bridal dress experience is supposed to be. That owner stayed late with me and found me something beautiful off of the rack. But I was still sad that I had to go ALONE to that shop, without my friends or mom because I was so rushed for time due to bridal gardens shotty alterations. So I had to pay for a new dress AND rush alterations - which may I say my fitting was 2 hours long and ended up absolutely perfect. Blows my mind bridal garden fittings are 5 minutes. I picked my original dress up at the bridal garden and the manager was rude to me because apparently it was written down I was coming in at 12:30 which I told the alterations coordinator I would be in by 11:30 probably 11. Then she couldn't find my dress.....went back in the room for another 15 minutes and found my dress. Then kept insisting they press the dress before I go. No need to, not wearing it. So now I am stuck with a $1900 dress I have to try to resell. Had to pay another $1600 for a new dress and another $1100 in rush alterations. A very unnecessary costly experience that most likely couldve been prevented if 1) I was properly explained what alterations would need to be done and how it would affect the dress and 2) the seamstress actually PINNED my chest in and spent more than 5 minutes with me in my fitting and then blaming everything on the fact that I "need to go to the gym" when I had already lost 25 lbs. Thanks. Again, future brides - if you don't heed this warning and get it altered there, don't sign anything. read more

I bought my wedding dress from bridal garden and I wish I didn't. I was referred to bridal garden by one of my friends and I was excited. I went to bridal garden 2x before I finally said yes to the dress. The first time I went, I had the worst salesperson, Diane. She didn't accommodate any of the dresses I showed her. She gave me dresses outside of my interest and dismissed me every time I wanted to try a different style dress. My parents and sister were with me and was disgusted by the way she treated us. She didn't even apologized for being short and rude. However, I went back a second time but requested a different salesperson. This time I got Danielle and was amazing. She took her time with me and walked me through every dress I tried on. I said yes and she even gave me a discount! My experience was completely different than the first visit. Although Diane was so rude, I referred my friends and sisters to this boutique because the dresses were beautiful. But I shouldn't have recommended them. THEN I REFERRED MY SISTER AND WAS TREATED POORLY BY DIANE AGAIN! We reported her to the manager and they were "apologetic". However, Diane was terrible, rude and ignorant. She had short reddish/brown hair and looked older than most of the women there. If you guys go here, ask for anybody BUT Diane. Front desk was so rude and didn't even welcome us. First of all: This boutique and every employee there are directly sent from the Bridal Gods. They went above and beyond to make me happy at all costs and I thank them for listening and making me feel beautiful!! I had my first appointment on Sunday with Mia and went through 10 dresses and finally landed on one. I had a truly great experience and Mia listened to everything I asked for. This being my first experience shopping for a wedding dress I picked something that I felt safe with, a fit that was something that would hide any insecurities I had about my body. I went extremely safe. By the time I got home I knew I made a huge mistake. This dress was supposed to be for MY big day. I am supposed to stand out, I am supposed to feel absolutely beautiful with nothing to hide. I couldn't sleep or eat thinking about my decision, I was terrified to reach out to anyone about changing my mind or the regrets I had. Finally, early Monday morning I called and spoke with Natalie over the phone and spilled my guts to her. She was very sympathetic and told me I could come in that same day and talk through it, try on the dress again and even look at others. When I came in it was full service all the way! Donna, the store manager, met me in the front and we discussed my problems with the dress I picked yesterday, and decided to have me try on some different dresses! They listened to my concerns and didn't make me feel like a lunatic for second guessing my choice from the day before. Dana compiled a list of all my wants, needs, likes and dislikes about all the dresses I tried on previously and then selected some new ones to try out. I was stunned by her picks, they all perfectly fit my vision! When I finally tried on the new dress, I had my WOW moment! I felt amazing, sexy and most important of all, confident in my body. Dana and Natalie worked together to exchange my old dress for the new one with no issues and managed to stay below my budget! I could not be any happier!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
