I came to Irma's to shop for a bridesmaid dress. The fellow maids, bride and I came on a Saturday and we were told that they did not take appointments. Saturdays are very busy in the bridal shop (I get it..) and we did have to wait over an hour before a consultant was able to help us. The consultant was nice and gave suggestions on the dresses. There were many beautiful dresses to choose from and in the end we all agreed on a dress (hooray!) A deposit is required when ordering the dress. The remaining balance must be paid in cash when the dress arrives - an odd policy but it is their policy. You also have the option of just paying for the dress in full with a credit card when the order is placed. Irma's Bridal does not place the order for the bridesmaids dresses until all the bridesmaids have made their deposit. Our dresses finally came in and they are very beautiful. All of the maids needed alterations (length and addition of straps). We were quoted at $125 for the alterations which seem high. We decided to take our dresses elsewhere to be altered. read more

I went to Irma's because she had the dress of a particular designer I wanted to try on the 1st appointment she was great she was pleasant she told me that the dress would take 4-6 weeks to arrive after the dress arrived I told her that because I started to loose weight I wanted to go in maybe 3 weeks after the dress arrived because I lived almost 2 hours away & what was the point of getting in altered if I was going to keep loosing weight I lost 20 pounds by the way she called me harassing me that I needed to pick up the dress up asap it couldn't stay at her shop any longer it was only there maybe 2 weeks after the dress arrived she was rude & a bully she kept cutting me off & wouldn't let me explain to her when I could go pick it up all her dresses are fabulous & her staff is great but she's rude & nasty & she's the owner would not recommend this place luckily I got my dream dress & I am not getting it altered at Irma's ! I had a appointment at 3:00, I'm there and Irma was getting a few dresses out for me, helped me put the first dress on then went to the desk to look for something. Then I waited she came back to help with another dress and that was it she was busy on the phone and looking for some receipt. So my girlfriend was helping me. She could of had the other woman help me. I drove over from Philly and made a appointment. Why bother this was important to me I felt like she just could care less. Irma's bridal was a dream! We arrived at our appointment at 10am and were greeted by Irma herself. The selection of dresses was of greatest quality and the prices were very reasonable. Irma was receptive to our suggestions but was an expert when it came to complimenting body type. She took the time to complete the look with accessories but didn't push the sale of any of it. It felt like you were shopping with a loving aunt. The dressing rooms were comfortable and the lighting and mirrors were great. I'm a bit conflicted about my review, and I waited until after I picked my dress up to post it. You'll see why. Shopping for a dress here was a WONDERFUL experience. The selection was great. My consultant was Kathy; she did a great job of listening to exactly what I wanted and found me the PERFECT dress. I love my dress. The price was also excellent - I looked at a lot of salons in the area, and the prices here were lower than every single one, including David's Bridal. They also had no problem taking pictures, which as someone new to the area and thus shopping without entourage, was clutch, and somewhat unusual for the area. No attitude, very friendly experience, great. Irma also gave me a discount on the already-good price because I bought the sample dress - it was a discontinued style, but it was perfect and I didn't care. But then, why did I give them only two stars, you ask? The experience abruptly STOPPED being awesome as soon as they had my money in hand. I wanted to get my alterations done there, which is suspect is pretty common. They have only one seamstress, though, and she works only Monday and Wednesday afternoon. I scheduled my first appointment and showed up ten minutes early, as they very specifically requested. I was also somewhat shocked that although they demand you pay for all alterations up front, at the first fitting, before anything is done, and IN CASH, they can't give you a ballpark idea of the cost because "only the seamstress can decide that." (I will also say that alterations here were NOT CHEAP, and it was a pain to have to go withdraw a couple hundred extra dollars from the ATM at the hair salon across the plaza.) I was only her second appointment of the day - I thought - and they were already running half an hour behind. When I saw the seamstress after my forty-minute wait, she excused this by saying that they "hadn't told" her that they had scheduled another appointment earlier, and so she had only come in for the one before mine. Right, okay, whatever. My second appointment, I again showed up the ten minutes early - and was greeted by a woman sitting there waiting on her appointment, which was supposed to have started over an hour earlier. It was over two full hours after my appointment time before they got to me. They either need to hire another seamstress or book this one's appointments into longer blocks of time, one of the two. There was also a poor girl sitting there when I got there who had been waiting for an hour already. She, her mother, and her elderly grandmother had driven for more than an hour and been five minutes late - and Irma's had bumped them completely for this terrible, terrible lateness. They had been told that if they waited, they might get squeezed in. Every time the blond woman on staff walked by them, she made unprovoked, catty comments about lateness to this poor girl, who seemed about in tears. When they did get to me, I asked the seamstress to please do her first - and she took all of five minutes. It was a last fitting, all the work had been done, she pretty much just wanted her grandmother to see the dress on her. I don't know why the staff couldn't have done that in all the previous time. AND THEN. At my last fitting, I said I needed to pick up my dress a month later, as my wedding was several states away and I would be leaving early for it. The staff member I talked to and I agreed on a date for pickup. The alterations were to be done and the dress cleaned and pressed. I called to confirm the pickup date about a week in advance, and it's a good thing I did. They had NO RECORD of my pickup date, they said. There was nothing in the book. (Ah, the analog-only appointment book they keep.) She "wasn't sure" if they could have my dress in time. I about lost it. Here is is, two weeks before my wedding, my dress is supposed to be done, and this woman is telling me that I might not have it in time despite what I was previously promised. I was floored, absolutely floored. I insisted that that was not what I was told at my fitting, that I had always been very up front about my wedding date and that the dress would need to be ready ahead of time so I could get there. The woman on the phone flat-out told me that I was wrong. After much back-and-forth, I told them that I would be in on the agreed-upon day to pick up my dress, that I would have to take it in whatever condition it was in, and that I would be expecting a refund, in cash since that was their policy, for any work not done. Mysteriously, when I picked up my dress, everything had been done. Long story short - Irma is nice, Kathy is a wonder, the other staff stinks, the dresses are beautiful. Three stars because I do love my dress, and because other bridal shops I visited were worse. read more

Dresses very nice. That's the only nice thing I have to say about this. Service is poor. Wait list is extensive. No appointments taken. Cash only for final installment. No waiting area. No computer system. Relies on 1950s written receipt system (and heaven forbid you loose the damn carbon copy). Irma's is a catastrophe and I do not recommend this store to any bride who is looking to enjoy their fitting. I can thoroughly say my "bridal" experience was diminished because of Irma, who is still living in 1952. read more

Do not buy bridesmaids dresses here! Me and the other members of the bridal party's dresses were all too big. I measured between a size 8 and a size 10. (bust and waist were an 8, hips were a 10). But because of the cut of the dress, the hip measurement didn't matter, and I argued this. It even says on the receipt "argued no size 10". But guess what size I got. 10. The dress cost $180. It cost me $180 to get it altered elsewhere. I am also only 5 feet tall and had to get the dress hemmed 7 inches. They seem nice on the outside, but do not listen to their customers. read more

My experience shopping for my wedding dress here was delightful. Irma is AMAZING. She really took the time to listen to my criteria, look at my Pinterest page and consider my budget. She picked out so many beautiful dresses that fit me well -- I would have been happy with any of them as "the one." She gave me plenty of time alone with my "entourage" to discuss the dresses freely and allowed us to take pictures to reference later. I never felt pressured or rushed like I did at other salons. The dress prices are also VERY reasonable. We ended up ordering the bridesmaid dresses from Irma's, as well. Great selection. Negatives: Just about everything except the initial 50% deposit must be paid for in cash and up front, and the only ATM is at a nearby hair salon. Also, get your alterations done elsewhere. I was given what seemed like a flat rate (and an expensive one, at that) for a dress that practically fit me out of the bag. Also, the seamstress' availability is limited, so scheduling fittings is a little inconvenient. The alterations came out great, but I could have gotten better value elsewhere. The shop also gets very busy in the evening, so I would recommend coming in during off-hours. There were a few nights I waited for quite awhile to be seen. read more

I ordered my bridesmaid's dress here for my sister's wedding...a little late...oops! But I had lost track of time, and just spaced out on ordering it. Yet, the dress STILL came in before all of the other girls who had ordered a few weeks earlier (at another shop). The shop isn't fancy, and there's not a ton of space, yet they are very efficient, and even though I wasn't the bride I was still treated well when I was in there (I've been to several shops where if you aren't the bride then you simply don't matter). They only take the first half of the payment by credit card though, all balances have to be paid in cash......odd, but it didn't seem like their business was hurting at all. read more

Absolutely the best experience at this shop! I had searched around for this dress and found that they sold it there. I called ahead to see if they had it in stock and was thrilled to hear they did. Irma was lovely from the start. At my appointment, she had this dress and a few similar ones ready for me to try on. The dress was exactly what I was looking for, she measured, we ordered it, and it was delivered in just a few weeks! I ended up getting my wedding dress here at Irma's. I live in PA and had called around looking for a particular dress I saw online. Irma's was the only shop in the area that had the sample, so I went in to try it on. My initial appointment there was great and I felt like everyone in the shop knew what they were doing since they fit the sample dress on me perfectly. So many other shops were like, "Hey here are some clips! Good luck trying to get the dress on you!" but Irma's gave me an idea of what the dress would like on me when it was all fitted and I appreciated the time they spent with me on it. I felt confident that they'd do a great job on alterations when the dress came in, so I put the deposit down on the dress and was told it would be arrive in six months. Six months later, the dress comes in and it's time for alterations. I'm pretty short and knew (like every other wedding dress I tried on) that the bust area was going to be too big for me. The seamstress did a quick hem on the bottom and said she couldn't do much in the bust area, which was still too big for me. When I asked what I should do, she said I should "stuff my bra" ....really? After much pleading, she begrudgingly took the bust in a bit. Just barely. These small changes cost $300. At my second and final fitting, it was better, but it still wasn't right. Again, I was told there was nothing she could do, so I gave up. I took my dress home and ended up going elsewhere where they happily fixed the problem without me having to stuff my bra on my wedding day. They also only charged me $40. To sum up: If they have the dress you want, go ahead and get it here. Just take your dress elsewhere for alterations. read more

My entire experience with Irma's was amazing. I had my alterations done there ($350 total) which was similar if not cheaper to local bridal stores in the area. Alterations did an AMAZING job! They turned the neckline of my dress into sweetheart neckline, added the bustle, and had to take 3 inches off the sides of the dress due to weight loss. They did all of this while still maintaining the exact dress i fell in love with when I first tried it on. The entire team there was a delight to be around- friendly, accomodating, and totally understand bridal angst/stress/nervousness and know how to talk to you and calm you down. My mother went here recently looking for her Mother of the Bride dress (along with a few other local shops). She found one here that she absolutely LOVED. As Irma, herself, took my mom's measurements, she informed my mom that the dress did not come in her size (she needed a women's size) after the already allowed her to try one on. HOWEVER, Irma did not stop there. She continued to state, "Didn't your doctor ever tell you to lose weight? Maybe if you went on Weight Watchers for 20 weeks, you could fit in the dress." I was floored. My mom has a hernia and has had it for years--I informed Irma that her hernia will not be going away. I had never thought that my mom getting fat-shamed would ever happen. DO NOT shop here. No woman deserves to be treated in this way, no matter your shape or size. read more

Irma ordered a dress that was too big and too long and wanted to charge me for alterations...my dress was 200 and I had to pay and extra 50 for a size 26. I had to talk her down to a 24...I wear a size 14 and I had to pay an extra 50 for length. I am 5'9 and have never order extra length. She wanted to charge me 100 for alteration. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Irma completely ruined my bridal experience. I had a rough experience with her when trying on dresses but I found my dream dress there. I figured it would be okay buying from there. I was wrong. She called me a few months later to say my dress was in. She hangs my dress up and stands there, waiting for me to undress. Awkward but okay... As soon as my clothes are off but before I step into the dress she said "did you gain weight?" Nope, not even 1 pound. She says "we will see...." I step into the dress and it won't zipper. She's behind me, pulling it closed and shaking her head, saying "oh, you gained weight!!! 10.. 20... no, 30 pounds!" I repeat that I did not gain weight & she tells me again I did. I walk out of the dressing room to show my mom, and my mom demands she measure me and the dress. Turns out the dress was 5 inches smaller than it was supposed to be and my measurements did not increase at all. She didn't apologize. She said she'd contact the company and get it fixed and sent me on my way. As I'm walking out the door, she said "okay, be good now.. no sugar, no soda, no cookies!!!!" I called her the next day to see if the company could do a rush order. She tells me to stop worrying (My dress was expected 3 weeks before my wedding) then as she's about to hang up, she tells me again to not eat too much and no cookies for Christmas. The dress came in much earlier than expected, thankfully, and there were no issues when I went to try it on that day. After paying, we let her know how she ruined this experience and she did apologize, however I still think this review needs to be shared. If you're a bride who wants to be happy trying your dress on, don't go here. I went here with my sister to get her bridal gown. The salon doesn't take appointments, so we went on a weekday to avoid the crowd. Whitney helped my sister try on bridal gowns. They had a very large selection. My sister found her gown on the first visit & it was priced several hundred less than other salons. If there was an option to give 0 stars, that's what I would choose. Upon trying on the dress that looked fascinating online, I had asked seamstress if they would be able to remove the inner boning so that I didn't have cone boobs. "Of course!" they said. Trying on a 1 size too small with the bodice 5 times too big, I asked if this would be a problem, "Not at all!" they said. Well, fast forward four fittings later, the dress was horrible. I can't believe I spent a total of $325 on a dress that was altered with exposed stitching along the sides of the dress and that did not fit me at all. I had to safety pin the top of the halter to fit tighter to my body because the seamstress was incapable of altering the dress appropriately. During the second fitting when expressing my concern over the dress the owner had the audacity to say to me "don't worry, nobody will be looking at you, they will be focused on the bride". Are you kidding me? It was a nightmare and I have not felt so unflattering in my life. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a dress for their wedding or any special occasion and I would avoid the seamstress at all costs! read more

No appointments? Gear up to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour depending on the wait time. The list goes on and on, and they appear to be completely understaffed. Not that that's the worst part about them. I went back to their store for 2 different fittings and was assured that they'd remember which dresses that I tried on from having my name and style numbers etched on scraps of paper. Not so much. Good thing I took detailed photos and made a point to write the styles down, despite their urging me that it was unnecessary. Hmm. But none of that was really all that bad. What was really bad was how my mother was treated on the phone with Irma herself. I had been in the process of calling around to find the best price for the gown that I wanted. As we had gone to Irma's a few times and they were local, my mother explained that we'd love to buy from her, but asked if there would be any financial incentive to do so, since we'd found better prices for the dress that I wanted. Irma went on a tirade and yelled at my mother on the phone telling her that this dress was "custom" designed by her with the makers of the dress and that nobody else could sell it to us. Other people try to copy her styles and then it doesn't turn out right because they're not as good as her. She was arrogant, abraisive and rude to my mother to say the least (and besides the point, I was perfectly happy with the dress that I found elsewhere for a much more reasonable price). It was completely disrespectful and she lost my business forever. I would never recommend her to potential buyers unless you want to wait around forever, be forgotten and then yelled at. read more

I have not written many reviews, but I wanted to review my experience at Irma's since it was so wonderful. I was looking for a wedding gown and this was my fourth store. Irma heard my description of what I was looking for, and before I even finished explained she ushered me into a dressing room and brought in a dress, explaining that this is "my dress" as I put it on. She completed the look with pinning my hair up with a poppy pin and putting on a veil and brooch, without pressure for me to buys these items. My mother, friend, and I all took what she said with a grain of salt, until I stepped out in front of the mirror. Despite having tried on many beautiful dresses I and my crew loved, this dress was it, and we all knew it instantly. I didn't try on any other dresses. We went to lunch and decided not to go to my last dress appointment, and instead went back to Irma's and tried it on again and purchased it. Irma is good at her job and so very sweet! I am not one to leave reviews but my experience at Irma's Bridal was excellent. Whitney was very helpful in finding my mother of the bride dress. I continued to look elsewhere after my first appointment at Irma's but came back for a second appointment and Whitney continued to pull dresses until I found "the one". I loved my dress !!! They take their time to go over everything include different colors/fabric swatches the dresses are available in. Word of caution -- DO NOT go elsewhere for your dress alterations ! I thought I would save a little money by going to a local seamstress for my alterations but got burned in the end. What a beautiful, well stocked store. I stepped in without an appointment. Irms was there herself and she was so friendly. She was able to show me two dresses that were exactly like what I wanted. She knew the inventory so well! The very first dress was a serious consideration for being the One. Irma paired it with a veil and a beautiful belt. Everything was in my budget. Everything was really great quality. I'm not sure if I'm going to purchase the dress but I will make a decision this weekend. I bought a mother's of the bride dress there. Beautiful dress.... The problem was when I went in to put my first deposit down I was told they couldn't order the dress in time for the wedding and that was due to me being late coming in. So I understood this. The wedding is October 25th She called the warehouse to order the dress and said it wouldn't be in until maybe Oct 11th too late. Which really it wasn't...anyway I buy the $800 dress off the rack. The owner says I don't want to do this because then I can not get the dress and sell it. I was almost in tears, my daughter loved this dress. So she says for you I will, the dress is to pretty on you. So I put the first dep down on the dress and I come back in several weeks later to pick it up. I am standing there waiting for her to get my dress and I look over and on the rack is "MY DRESS" the dress she couldn't order in time. It's the first week in Sept. and here is my dress..... So I was like this is my dress you said I couldn't have until Oct 11th and that you wouldn't have it to sell if I bought off the rack. But here it is. Lies all Lies and still didn't take any money off my dress, poor business. So I could have had my dress order by sept and there would have been no issues.... Lies this really bothered me. She could have taken some money off since they could have had my dress here in plenty of time and I wouldn't have had to buy it off the rack. I said I will never shop there again. Plus when we came looking for wedding dresses they treated us not so good and the lady did not listen to what my daughter wanted. She brought dresses over that she liked not my daughters choices. Of all the bridal shops I have been to, to find my wedding dress this was by far the worst one... I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early and was ignored until I went and found someone to help me. My name was in their book spelled completely wrong with the wrong date and venue (all bad signs I should have just left.) I was helped by Irma herself, who brought me in back with all the dresses then left me to help another bride for about 30 more minutes. While we waited my entourage started pulling dresses that matched my vision. When Irma came back she seated everyone then went and pulled dresses that none of my bridal party picked out... She refused for me to try on any dress she didn't pull herself. She never once asked me my budget and was pulling dresses three times over my budget just because my venue has a more upscale reputation. She didn't even let me pick anything out and this was supposed to be MY dress. My entourage and I hated every dress she pulled and when we voiced our opinions she acted insulted and like she knew best. None of the dresses matched my dream dress description so I don't know why she was surprised we hated everything. Then she asked my name and wedding date nine times throughout my appointment. I left and have no intention of going back. If you want a complete stranger to pick out the dress you will wear on the most important and memorable day of your life this is the place for you. Sorry Irma but you and your employees need to learn customer service! read more

Cons: They are super antiquated; instead of a computer system, there's a 3-ring binder full of notebook paper they use to write down contact info and dress information for every customer. I've been in there when the notebook went "missing," and they spent 20 minutes searching the store for it in a panic because that is their only form of record. Wait times are extremely long, and you feel rushed through the process, even if you have a scheduled appointment. They do not contact you when your purchased items have come in. Everything seems very disorganized and the staff seems flustered. We were told by one of the staff that because my sister purchased her bridal gown at Irma's, they would take $10 off of each bridesmaid dress; but when we went to purchase the bridesmaid dresses, Irma would not honor the discount (even though one of her employees had discussed this discount with us). Hours of operation are incorrect online, and there is no website. Pros: They do have a good selection of unique dresses, and the staff are very nice. The seamstresses who do the alterations (Angela, in particular) are wonderful and are true artists!!! Overall: It could be a GREAT store if they had someone come in to update and run the business and scheduling side of things. read more

It's a shame seeing these bad reviews because Irma's has a great selection. If you are looking for a very UNIQUE wedding dress and not a boring, blah dress, go here first! Yes it is walk in Mon-Sat so if you are looking for someone to drop what they are doing to attend to your every need, this is not the place for you. BUT they do accept appointments on Sundays so if you need to feel like a DIVA, schedule it on a Sunday. I fell in love with a Mori Lee dress I saw online and no other store in the area had the sample except for Irma's. I met Irma and she is the sweetest lady. She orders all of the dresses for her shop and was also a wedding dress designer. All of the staff in the store are extremely helpful in finding what you need. Some bad marks: *It's true, they do not use computers but they never lost any of my paperwork and had no problems finding my orders. *They have next to NO selection in flower girl dresses, so be prepared to go somewhere else. I did get my flower girls dress there but their selection is not for everyone. *Alteration/cleaning prices seem to be made up. Be prepared for a ballpark, "I just thought of this number in my head" estimate and no itemized list showing what is getting done to your dress before your big day. They fit you and pretty much scribble a number down on a pad and ask you to pay in full, in cash at your first fitting. None of my moms or bridesmaids got a dress there, but the selection was great and the prices were reasonable. Once again, make Irma's your first stop. It's totally worth it. read more

I had a great experience at Irma's. I just ordered my Mother of the Groom dress for my son's April 2011 wedding. This salon has the best selection and the prices are reasonable. Update, had to go here again for another friends wedding! Customer service is truly terrible. I've now been in the store 4 times, each time I was ignored and when you need to pick up your dress they take and hour to get to you. Even when they are not busy at all. Irma helped me out and gave me a great experience! I told her the style of dress I thought I wanted but was open to more. She pulled dresses from all over the place in her store and tended to me personally. She even pulled a dress of the front window mannequin. She gave me and my family time to discuss and listened when I said I wanted something slightly different even pulling dresses from boxes in the back room! She was great! Although did not find my dress here I would highly recommend going and letting Irma help you find that dress - I do wish I had found mine with Irma because she is so great! Only suggest she get some more assistance in the shop - it seems like she needs more hands on deck to help. read more

My wedding gown, bridesmaid gowns and my mom's dress was purchased from Irma's for my wedding last December. The selection they offer is fantastic and I also thought that their dress prices were reasonable as well. On my first trip there I found my gown and after seeing a bridesmaid dress elsewhere, I found that they carried that line as well. My dress and my mom's dress came in without any problems. The bridesmaid dresses had a few issues though. Apparently the color combination I had visualized and communicated to Irma's staff (each time I came in and had one of 6 bridesmaids fitted) were not how the order was shipped. There was some confusion between how the vendor does the color combinations when given multiple colors. They came in completely the opposite of what I wanted-instead of a black dress with colored trim, it was a bright colored dress with black trim. Irma did not hesitate to offer solutions to the problem-at her cost. In the end, she had her seamstress make the adjustments and they all turned out beautifully, even better than I originally pictured them!!! Also, one of my bridesmaids became pregnant and Irma worked with us to get enough extra fabric and her dress looked just as good as the others. Irma was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process, and on the big day we all looked fantastic in our dresses. I wish I coud give it 4.5 stars because they were almost perfect! read more

I had the BEST experience here, I can't recommend it enough! I didn't have high hopes honestly because you can't see much of their selection or designers online, so I didn't know what I was walking into. My consultant was Whitney and it was like she knew me personally the way she was picking out dresses that I loved. Every time I tried one on and made a comment she'd go "I got one!" and run off to grab it. Each one was better than the last, it was crazy. If you get her, you're in good hands. I ended up falling in love with a ballgown which was so not what I was expecting, but had one more appointment somewhere else that day so I left. I couldn't get that one out of my head though so while STILL at the other shop, my dad called and got me ANOTHER appointment at Irma's for an hour later. We went back, tried on a few more with Whitney, then decided that the ballgown was it. The price was amazing (honestly I can't even believe it, it was under 1k), I couldn't pass it up. Irma popped in a few times to help get me into dresses, fix my hair (she did some crazy updo with ONE bobby pin that I couldn't have done if I had 100), and they put me in different belts, veils and hair clips to help with the vision. Never felt rushed or pressured and overall I have not one thing I'd change. read more

I had a wonderful experience at Irma's!! First of all, they have SUCH an amazing selection at all different price levels. Second, the staff is excellent. The women are very motherly and not catty at all. Irma made sure that I ordered the right size for my proportions and Angela, the seamstress, was so great! I had to order two sizes larger for my bust, and she had to take a lot in for the waste and hips and she did such a great job! I went to other bridal stores in the area and I think that Irma's stands out as being significantly better. read more

I am so disappointed because I heard great things about Irma. My wedding is in September. My mom got her dress a few months ago. It came in and had completely different color stitching than the sample. Irma gave her a hard time saying it was just a different batch. The dress is gray and it had maroon stitching.. why would she want maroon stitching?! The sample was just all the same color. Anyway, Irma finally called and had a new one express shipped. The same dress came in with the wrong color stitching. My mom asked if she could buy the sample, since obviously there is a problem going on, and Irma said yes. Irma refused to have the dress cleaned or offer a discount. I've never heard of such inconsiderate service from a bridal store. AWFUL customer service. I feel so bad for my mom. She is still getting the sample because she loves the dress but we will never return to Irma's or pass along family/friends there. Really an awful experience. =( read more
