I have a newer Cadillac with a CUE entertainment system display. The CUE touch screen is known to fail and become unusable. The dealer wanted $1600 to replace the whole system. I have a five-year-old remote starter which has worked flawlessly and the other day my key fob went blank. Today I stopped by with the expectation of having to buy another fob. The owner asked what was wrong and I told him the fob went blank. He took it from me and went in the back. He returned in a few minutes and informed me that there was nothing wrong with the fob, the fob was just so low it shut itself off. I made the mistake of going to Best Buy first for a new auto stereo. Big mistake. I spent 20 minutes waiting for someone to come talk to me who never showed up. I gave up and decided not to replace it at all, because I was fed up with people and their awful customer service. On a whim, I looked up local places and decided to stop by AudioSonic to get a price. Their installation rate was higher than Best Buy, but a stereo with a USB port that played mp3s was lower, so it wound up costing roughly the same. If I could give the place 10 stars I would! I have been researching a new set of led headlights and fog lights for my Nissan Altima as the stock lights are awful on rainy nights and have that gross yellow look to them. I called around to different shops in New Jersey for a couple of weeks and got prices ranging from $400 to $950!!! I read the reviews for audio and gave then a call due to their stellar reviews. the quote they gave me was $300 for the same job. we set up an appointment and I was in and out 2 hours later with even some "extra" work performed as well. While there I observed Mike take in 2 other people who had terrible remote start and or alarm installation jobs by some other shops in the area and Mike fixed their garbage over priced work. The bottom line is that Mike REALLY knows his stuff and he is the guy you go to when your other overpriced, under skilled shop screws up. What they didn't know at the time is that I am also looking to have my stock stereo system upgraded with some after market speakers, head unit with full stock integration, and amp. after talking with Mike I observed that he really knows what he is doing, performs his work to perfect (some would say OCD lol) standards, and does not try to upsell you. After our interaction Mike has a customer for that job as well. I will also be referring them to all my friends for all of their auto stereo, lighting, and alarm needs. If you are looking for a one stop shop by a knowledgable, fair, honest business owner with a conscience, then look no further I have found him for you already. This is the 2nd time I've had work done by Mike. Not really straightforward jobs in that I wanted to keep the look stock. I have a 2008 Infiniti FX45 with 11 speaker Bose system. I asked Mike to remove bose crap and install Polk MM6501 components the front doors, with the tweeters in the sail panels. In addition, I asked that he run power to and install a Precision Power 5 channel amp. I asked that he rewire the existing Bose subwoofers to be powered by the new amp. Flawless work. He did everything I asked at the price quoted, and in the time quoted. Walked me through the sound test and tweaked the amp to my specifications. If you want someone who does the job right, go to Mike. I traveled from Downtown philly, past another car audio shop, and over into NJ because I knew he would deliver. I've used another car audio shop on Vine street in Philly before. Very, very average work, focused mainly on ghetto blaster types. Again, not a bad shop, but not nearly up to par with Audiosonic. They have random techs that do the installs. To contrast, Mike does all the work at Audiosonic. I paid more, and it was worth every penny. read more

The audio "system" in my 1998 car wasn't quite up to the digital age, so I decided to get up to date. I did a lot of research, but the idea of buying something from Crutchfield or Amazon wasn't really appealing. I've installed Crutchfield "kits" before and didn't think much of them. Then I read these stellar reviews for Audiosonic, and decided they might be the answer. My experience was just as stellar as these reviews suggest. Instead of "upselling" me, Mike kept trying to sell me less expensive units. We set up a first-thing-in-the-morning time for the installation. I turned the car over to them while I went across the street and had a nice toasted blueberry muffin and coffee at the diner. (Also very nice folks!) Walked back across the street and a new state-of-the-art audio system had appeared in my car -- and unless you know about these things, you'd never know it wasn't the original unit that came with the car. I can't be sure, but I think they may have even vacuumed my carpeting! This level of service and integrity is hard to find in a world where customer service is often a bored clerk who knows less than you do. Just got a stereo installed . Great work ,very informative,very reasonable price and also very friendly. Had some issues with my cobalt which wasn't a shock. Cobalt seems to be pain in the butt. They showed me everything they were doing and still charged me what was quoted. More labor then expected. Mike is awesome!! I brought my 2016 Toyota Rav 4 into his shop to see if he could help with the head lights. The headlights were so bad the car is only 3 years old and we could not see at night. Toyota said there was nothing they could do that the lights were within the basic standard for headlights which was a joke. Mike helped me beyond our expectations he put in new LED head lights and they are fantastic we can see at night they are so bright.
