The thing that sets this place at a 2 star rating oppose to a 4 star rating is that she isn't civil or organized. A lot of times it looks like she sets a price on the spot. So the customer never knows what she's going to charge. Not only that, but on 2 separate accounts I've placed orders; the orders were for my slacks to be hemmed and tapered. The price for 2 pants $50. Outrageous to say the least. But on both accounts she gave me days where my order would be completed and on both occasions I seen my pants not once getting started on. Her excuse was she forgot, to come back another day. I would strongly consider another place if you want your possessions altered. So that's her attitude, her organization and her prices that need adjustment.

Two weeks before the wedding we still had no phone call that they were finished or to come in for a final fitting. Most of the gowns including my mother of the bride dress only needed to be shortened. My daughter's wedding dress needed hemmed and brought in on the sides about a half inch or so just to make it a bit more form fitted. A week before the wedding I was told they would be working on them that week and they would be finished on Friday or Saturday before her Thursday wedding. Never received a phone call. I had to reach out myself and then when told they were finished it was said with arrogance. The gowns were longer than we wanted and the wedding gown was never brought in on the sides. Very poor communicaction skills and a narcissist demeanor. I would never go there again or recommend them for anything.
